Abortionist Who Killed Babies and Used His Own Sperm to Inseminate Women Dies in Plane Crash

A controversial abortionist who spent years killing babies and has been accused of using his own sperm to inseminate women has died in a plane crash.

Morris Wortman was a prominent abortionist in the Rochester, New York area for a couple decades in the 80s and 90s. He killed countless babies during that time and feuded with pro-life advocates on a national level.

More recently, according to local news reports, “Wortman has been accused by number of people of using his own sperm to inseminate women who came to him in the 1980s for fertility treatment — a practice often called “fertility fraud” in cases when the physician lies about the source of the sperm.”

But Wortman’s controversial life ended this weekend when he was killed in a plane crash while he was a passenger in a hommeade plane made by a friend. Here’s more on what happened:

The plane – a fixed-wing. hand-built experimental aircraft – crashed shortly before 5:45 p.m. Sunday in a pasture behind a house west of Townline Road in the town of Ridgeway, according to the sheriff’s office. Aircraft parts were scattered around the area, according to WIVB television in Buffalo.

According to the preliminary investigation, “the wings of the aircraft became detached from the fuselage and fell to the ground in an orchard,” Orleans County Sheriff Christopher Bourke said in a news release. The fuselage of the aircraft continued west for another 1,000 to 1,500 yards before crashing.

During the 1990s, Wortman was strongly opposed by his local community for killing babies in abortions and even fueded with a landlord who wanted to cancel his lease when he found out what Wortman did.

”His abortion activity is something that I cannot support, and it’s also bad business to have an abortionist as a tenant,” said Norman Leenhouts, chairman of Home Leasing Inc., in 1999. The company’s 20 partners backed his decision, he added.

But the infamous abortionist was caught using his own sperm to inseminate his female clients struggling with fertility during his practice over the years.

One woman was shocked to learn that Wortman, who was her OBGYN, was also her father and she learned of this when other people came forward all confirming Wortman was their father too.

“Then there was five of us and we were all the same age. And six, and then seven, and it started to feel like, well, if there’s seven, there might be 20 and if there’s 20, there might be 100. And I started to feel terrified,” Helquist said.

The half-siblings had more than just DNA in common. Berry and Helquist said their mothers used artificial insemination, using the same fertility doctor, Morris Wortman, in Rochester, New York. A biological daughter Wortman raised, agreed to take a DNA test to try and fill the missing puzzle piece.

“I’m the product of something that should have never happened with an unconscionable violation of ethics at a minimum. He’s someone I can’t escape because his DNA is in me, his DNA is in my son. I wrestle with that. From the first time I held my son, that man was in the room with me,” Berry said.

For Helquist, this story takes a darker turn. For the previous decade, Wortman was also her gynecologist.

When asked how she told her mother, Helquist said, “When we found out, there wasn’t any need to tell her. I was screaming and sobbing at the top of my lungs.”

Helquist filed a lawsuit against Wortman in September, alleging, among other things, that he committed medical malpractice by treating her when he likely knew he was her biological father. Wortman’s team denied the charges.

Because New York law is relatively silent on what Wortman did, he’s never been held accountable.

So, he was alive and conscious and saw it coming. Good.

Glad it was a sicko like him. And as for the plane, the concerning part is that it’s wings came off. Wonder what kind of homebuilt it was?

A mile is a looong way for a fuselage to go without wings. How high and fast were they?

Back when I was teaching, before computers were in the classroom, I had the kids do a paper on a historical person of their choice. One kid picked Joan of Arc. He came into class one day with an encyclopedia. He raised his hand and asked me if it could be true about her. I asked him if what could be true. He said according to this book she was captured, beatified and cannibalized her and her feast day is May 30th. Half the class was useless for 5 minutes.

If there is one thing our country needs, it is more abortionists willing to build and then try to fly their own experimental aircraft.

Speaks for itself. But not to worry, they damn well will hold that military guy on the subway protecting people from that insane dangerous nut accountable.
