Chairman James Comer (R-KY) and the House Oversight Committee announced last Thursday the Oversight Committee will launch Contempt of Congress proceedings if Chris Wray and the FBI refuse to turn over the incriminating Biden document in 5 days.
Last Friday House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) wrote the FBI demanding they turn over a document alleging a $5 million bribery scheme involving then Vice President Joe Biden.
The document in question is not classified.
(snip) So on Thursday Comer gave the FBI five days to turn over the document or Contempt of Congress proceedings will commence.
The broken and lawless FBI has until Tuesday to turn over the document or face Contempt of Congress proceedings. This could get interesting. It will be interesting to see how the Biden DOJ reacts to this request by congress and the FBI’s lawlessness.

The FBI will ignore Congress much the same Eric Holder did. The DOJ will do nothing. Congress is toothless.
Slash the FBIs funding. No money, no FBI.

Why should there be contempt hearings? FBI refuses to produce subpoenaed documents by the time demanded, vote right then and there to hold them in contempt. Then immediately submit to the AG for prosecution.

If FBI flat refuses how is Congress going to force it? It is up to the JD to enforce court orders and subpoenas. This is he sort of thing I have been expecting. The Administration to just ignore the courts and when they have made that precedent, ignore Congress. The apparatus is alredy in place. The military is emasculated. most of the states go along to get along.At this juncture I am appalled that DeSantis is going to the RINOs and Neocons for campaign support so that were he to win out he would owe them.
