The Ivan Khurs reconnaissance ship, project 18280, is a unique ship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet and one of only two in the Russian Navy, said Defense Express. It was launched only in 2017 and commissioned in 2018.
The ship is equipped with various radio reconnaissance and electronic warfare complexes, as well as communication systems to ensure fleet management.
