Today, I tap those experiences to remind me of what to do, and not do when problem solving.
They taught me that racial bias is mostly a deliberate distraction. The product of your work and your temperament paints a much more reliable picture of just who you are and what your capabilities are.
And, yes, per the FBI data, young black inner city youths are the large share of criminals, so the FBI must be racist. Or some young inner city Negroes are....
Harvard has been living on its reputation for far too long. It is a pathetic liberal communist institution.
Many years ago I read a book about Vietnam which claimed that the Vietnamese were the most racist people of all, prejudiced against every other group. This was during the Vietnam War so referring to Vietnamese in Vietnam, not the refugees who later came to the US. The author was a white American woman if I remember correctly.
But how did they rate each other?
Sounds like they didn't test how these groups saw each other, only how they saw themselves and whites.
These “studies” are notoriously flawed simply because too many people lie when making their answers, as if someone is “watching them” and wanting their answers to make themselves seem less prejudiced.

How much damage, beatings, vandalism, stealing, etc can one watch in real time, before one sees a pattern.

Sounds like there may be some serious problems with the survey.
If you’re over a certain age and are asked to name other countries, odds are most of the other countries you name will be in Europe (or North America), but that doesn’t necessarily translate into bias against other people.
It’s not limited to Vietnam. Every ethnic group thinks every other group is inferior. The Japanese have little on the Han Chinese.
Remember Yale just did a study which showed people on the left tended to talk down to black peopleand people on the right didn’t?
Be interesting to see the results of an implicit Bias test between conservatives and liberals... get that black BLM woman in who bought a couple of houses in white gated communities....

So, the NAACP, issues a nationwide travel advisory, to stay away from a certain State with a white Governor, and even mentions him by name, yet, we’re the racists.
Do I have that about right?
This is the supplement.
Basically, 60-70% of the sample are self-identified liberals. The majority of the remainder are centrists. Conservatives make up 15-20%.
The findings held even when controlling for political ideology. In other words, the liberals are as “racist” as everyone else.
The way those photos were taken made the faces look too weird!
