Indiana University’s famous sex research center is officially defunded after Republican Gov. Eric Holcomb signed a two-year budget bill.
The state’s passage of the law on May 4 stipulates that taxpayer funds “may not be used to pay for the administration, operation, or programs of the Kinsey Institute for Research in Sex, Gender, and Reproduction.”
The College Fix asked university spokeswoman Amanda Roach what will happen next for the research center. She referred to IU President Pamela Whitten’s statement on the legislation.
“As a premier research institution with a 200-year legacy of impact within our state and around the world, IU is firmly committed to academic freedom,” Whitten stated prior to the governor’s signing of the law.

Good news! Thanks to God!
Kinsey was a predators unparalleled.
Judith Reismans book was a damning conviction.
It baffles me that so many GOP-governed states with republican legislative majorities, continue to fund these colleges and programs which promote the left’s positions. Removing funding serves both as a money-saving action and a removal of the endorsement of such programs.
As soon as Kinsey’s perversions were discovered, everything connected to his so-called research should’ve been called out for what it was and then destroyed.
What’s to study? Pee pee goes in, bebe comes out.
The rest is obsession, indulgence or abuse.
The Kinsey research is an earlier example of selective, falsified and cooked data that was highly rewarded. That template has become the research (?) standard in much of today’s academia and journalism. As witnessed by “GoreBullism” and “Faucism” where the chase for funding overrides the search for truth.
Where are the Children of Table 34?" No one will ever know, because no one but the pedophile ever knew, Bancroft says. "There was no contact with any of the boys by anyone at the institute, only with the man's notes," he said. The institute "has never carried out sexual experiments on children."
It is entirely possible that this pedo's diary was all a tome of demented fantasies and Kinsey ran with it. Unless Bancroft is lying. Which is also possible. Either way, good news from Indiana on defunding the institute.
FINALLY!!!
Kinsey was a sexual pervert, a predator, and an academic fraud. But he fronted for a party line narrative that was foundational to the sexual revolution, so progressives universally defended him. This action is woefully late in the game, but it should be done — and it should be viewed as just a first step in our own long march through the institutions.
I was born and lived the first 18 years of my life in Indiana. From the time I first heard about this “institute” I couldn’t believe a so-called prestigious university could partner with such a degenerate. Good move.
Why are Republicans taking so long to defund junk like this? Too busy with corporate welfare?
Damage is already done
Cry not for the departed Kinsey, his replacement is alive and doing very well. Bill Gates Foundation is here to help children 10 years old and up to explore careers in commercial sex work and relationships with adults. They get some funding from the godless World Health Organization. They need no public funding with Bill and Melissa Gates pushing this “for the betterment of mankind” of course.
Kinsey was a monster.
