What the hell! She couldn’t prove anything at all. She should pay him and if she don’t watch herself, that’s what will happen. Ask Stormy.
To: j.havenfarm
Ah ,you forgot about Stormy’s payment to Trump.
To: Coronal
What , did they smell his fingers? What a crock of poo.

It is all quite unfathomable in almost a Biblical sort of way...
Stay tuned.

"What I saw, I agree. Instead of saying, "She's not my type ..."; He should have strongly denied ever touching her, if that was the case"I see nothing wrong with his statement. He only insulted her and hurt her feelings. She wishes he would have chased her. But she's not his type so he never paid attention to her. He likes real females. She's a dog. WOOF!

"The judge supposedly instructed the jury that an ‘unwanted peck on the cheek’ would constitute sexual abuse."This cracks me up. 30, 40 years ago NYC was moraly loose. Wolf whistles, slaps on the butt were the norm. Now all of a sudden NY is pure? LOL give me a break!

He wasn’t convicted of a crime. This was a civil lawsuit for defamation.

I don’t think any third parties were in the dressing room.

Your post 213:
“...you can’t be found not liable on rape but liable for sexual abuse it’s the same accusation.”That would depend on the instructions from the judge, wouldn’t it?

They can rule on evidence that could have been exculpatory but was unlawfully held back from trial consideration. That is how many prisoners are being released from years of unjust imprisonment from false charges of rape or murder.
They can also rule on laws of attainder.

Thanks!!
Democrat billionaire and LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman, who is now outed as the secret funding source of E. Jean Carroll’s lawsuit against 45th President Donald Trump, visited international human trafficker Jeffrey Epstein’s notorious “Pedophile Island.”
Hoffman’s relationship with Epstein was revealed in the late pedophile’s private calendar and reported by the Wall Street Journal.
The documents show that Hoffman visited Epstein’s private island in Little St. James on behalf of the then-director of MIT’s Media Lab, Joi Ito in 2014.
In addition to visiting the island, the private calendar revealed plans for Hoffman to spend the night at the disgraced human trafficker’s townhouse in Manhattan later that year, where he would join Epstein, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, and other elites for a “breakfast party.”

A couple of years ago NY passed a law temporarily lifting the statute of limitations for ‘adult survivors’ of sexual abuse to claim damages, almost as if they had this case in mind. Funny how this all worked out.
To: j.havenfarm
That lawsuit is not concluded. There are appeals, and then more appeals. Nothing with regards to Trump ever ends at the trial court level.
