Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who recently announced a 2024 bid for the Democratic presidential nomination, suggested on Saturday that the American middle class was “systematically” wiped out as a result of the COVID-19 lockdowns.

“The strength of a nation comes from a strong economy and a vibrant middle class, and we have wiped out the middle class in the country systematically,” Kennedy Jr. told Fox News‘ Neil Cavuto.

Still pays to be a fisherman, an oil rig worker, or a tower climber.

These jobs also involve a lot of time away from home, which is a shame. I actually met a ranch-hand recently who opened my eyes to that career. Again, he sees his family for a few weeks every year.

That’s quite a sacrifice. When I ask myself “would I put my time spent with my daughter at 40,000?” I have an answer. So does he.

Car prices are leveling out because demand is down supply is up but on the auction side prices are still high at least what the sellers want and repossessions have doubled. The car market is headed for a crash you just can’t see it yet on the public side. Too high risk buy here pay here type dealership chains have gone out of business already. More are to come.

OK, Kennedy, anyone talking about the destruction of the middle class has to follow my rules: define what the middle class is before and after the apocalyptic event you say destroyed it and tell me what percentage of the population were below, in or above your defined limits.

A lot of people yap about the middle class being destroyed but never offer evidence. Much of it is from the spreading of incomes so more move either upwards or downwards and from the decline of marriage so comparing wages of more one person households now vs. families before.

The Middle Class isn’t that easy to wipe out. They’re working on it, but the Middle Class still lives.

The Democrats will never admit that Zhao was a mistake. To the contrary, he is part of the plan.

No way they will let RFKJr, or any other mentally competent person to have at him on the debate stage.

Agree. I’ll never forget nor forgive the GOP for putting Motor Voter over the top in 1993. Near universal suffrage is killing our republic.

“But as things stand right now I’d have a real had time choosing between RFK Jr and any establishment RINO schmuck the GOP has to offer.”

Yep. He’ll make a splash.

And, depending on the issue he can attack both Trump and Biden from the right/liberty end of the political spectrum.

He could win.

Against my vote, mind you. But for some reason Americans get soft in the head at the Kennedy name, look and accent.

“Leftists don’t understand COVID”

Read his book. He is at least one leftist who understands COVID. He is smart as hell.

I agree RFK jr can hit PDJT on lockdowns, unless there is a policy shift coming from PDJT.

Brandon’s announcement on Tuesday should be interesting.

His father was running on stopping the federsl.welfare system. He noticed in just a few years it was destroying families. Especially black families.

Then he was assassinated.
