I noticed that they had managed to cram 3 lies into one sentence, but you beat me to it. (A .223 isn't high-powered, they were never banned nationwide, and they aren't the weapon of choice among young men responsible for most mass shootings.).
As defined by some Experts-Who-Define-Such-Things, the majority of mass shootings involve Black males between the ages of 15 and 35 shooting pistols at other Black males for a variety of reasons, but since that happens just about every day, it's generally ignored by the media.
