My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell ordered to pay $5M over debunked 2020 election data
The Hill ^ | 04/20/23 11:58 AM ET

Lindell, who promised to pay the $5 million award to anyone who could debunk his data that purportedly proved election fraud, was ordered to pay the sum by a private arbitrator, who ruled that Robert Zeidman, a software expert, successfully disproved Lindell’s claims.

“Based on the foregoing analysis, Mr. Zeidman performed under the contract,” the ruling said. “He proved the data Lindell LLC provided, and represented reflected information from the November 2020 election, unequivocally did not reflect November 2020 election data.

They’re hell-bent on the “no fraud” election narrative, when we all know it was riddled with it.

Searching online . . . found Bob Zeidman’s story:

https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/i-uncovered-fraud-mike-lindells-cyber-symposium-election-bob-zeidman

You can download Zeidman’s August 2021 report about Mike Lindell’s Cybersecurity Symposium, held in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, August 2021, in regard to the 2020 election:

https://www.zeidmanconsulting.com/download.htm

The downloaded file: “Zeidman expert report on alleged election fraud.zip”

Expanded, a folder: “Zeidman expert report on alleged election fraud”

That folder contains various files; in particular, Zeidman’s report, a PDF file:

“Zeidman Expert Report on Mike Lindell’s Challenge.pdf”

Therein, Mr. Zeidman goes into detail about his experience at Mike Lindell’s symposium, including an explanation of what Zeidman means by the use of the word, “transformation.” (Zeidman says in some news articles, that he “transformed” or performed a “transformation” of some files.) See pg. 8 of the PDF file:

On the first day of the symposium, Zeidman transformed some text files that were, his words:

“represented to us by Joshua Merritt and Colonel Phil Waldron that these were excerpts of packet data in hex format, which means it is binary data (typically PCAP file format) that has been converted to ASCII representations of hexadecimal numbers so that it can be read by a human. Opening the file Chinese_SourceIP_HEX.txt, in a text editor, the first line is the following hex numbers:

7B 5C 72 74 66 31 5C 61 6E 73 69 5C 61 6E 73 69”

[Zeidman continues: ] “converting these hexadecimal ASCII numbers to text results in the following string:”

{\rtf1\ansi\ansi

I can confirm Zeidman’s discovery, that the text files are RTF (Rich Text Format) files. Some of the files have meaningful content - you can actually read them; but some of the files’ contents - though the contents are RFT code, are in Zeidman’s view, “gibberish” that Zeidman was not able to translate into meaningful content.

The RTF code appears to me, to be the result of *some files* being exported into RTF format. The program that would have had open, *such files for export,* Zeidman did not discover.

Overall, Bob Zeidman’s report (including extra files [within the downloaded folder] that are supporting exhibits), had no apparent PCAP files, and no apparent packet evidence from the 2020 election.

I wonder, if the symposium’s actual purpose, was to intrigue people who would show up and somehow figure out, what were the *some files of origin,* from which the possibly-exported results, were the as-yet-to-be-converted RTF files, such as:

“Exhibit C - FinalReult_2020_HEX.rtf”

NOTE: Ziedman misspelled ‘Result’ as “Reult”.

NOTE: In pg. 15 of Zeidman’s report, he writes:

“The modification dates for the files are all August 2021. This means though they may have been created any time before that, the data within them was modified within the last two weeks.”

But Zeidman’s conclusion about the modification dates, is NOT accurate.

First, modfications dates can change, merely by transferring files between two different volumes, given certain circumstances (sometimes depending on the types of volumes). And, modification dates might change, because of differences in file permissions (origin A volume vs target B volume), or certain differences in the clock info of A and B.

Second, Zeidman gives an impression that “the data” is modified - when in fact, that conclusion is too general: a single character of no consequence might be the only change, or a piece of resource fork information (instead of data fork information) might be the only change.

Maybe some RTF to Plain Text converter would work.

Excellent write up- although some may get confused with Last Accessed Date, you do a good job of illustrating that Last Modified Date can be changed by practically anything.

Do you by any chance own a pair of Google Glass? They're pricy at around 1k, but I ordered a pair last night. I'm interested to test whether the files may still be encrypted, and whether the decryption key may be contained in the right glasses.

Another possibility I'm exploring is a new tech startup called Lunalitterarum. Apparently some ciphers are time-sensitive -it's quite possible the PCAPs may only be decrypted based on a time-sensitive key.

The percale sheets weaved from Giza cotton are now priced at distressed prices. The Giza Corron hype was dropped in order to get rid of the remaining inventory

Words and lawyers will not resolve the issue.

Action is required against the perpetrators at the various election commissions.

Action is not the American way but the point is moot since America no longer is

I’ve never given a dime to a politician or party. Given what happened to Mike, I did buy a pair of his slippers.

Unfortunately, junk. Sole ripped out after about 60 days of wearing. I was a few days past the 60 day money back warranty because shipping takes several days. In the end, I just pitched the slippers and wrote it off in my mind as a donation.

It’s amazing more people don’t recognize this fact, I’ve argued with many here on FR that getting rid of the machines will do nothing to eliminate much of fraud in our elections.

If you don’t change the laws and the people counting the votes, nothing will change, IMO if tomorrow if you got rid of all the machines, the outcome of the elections will not change.

Does getting rid of the machines eliminate the universal mail in voting, unguarded vote drop boxes, ballot harvesting, etc..it does not and until you do that nothing changes.

The machines are NOT the issue as you state, it’s people and the laws that allow things like universal mail in voting, ballot harvesting, etc. that are the issue.

Mike Lindell has so many crazy ideas that I sometimes wonder if he’s plant that is designed to make everyone who supports Trump look like a complete lunatic.

I’m highly, highly skeptical of any PCAP files Mike Lindell is in possession of, if you know anything about how to capture network data and PCAP files you would know how it is practically impossible for a private citizen to obtain the type of information Lindell says he has.

During that symposium he showed the results of various state elections based on removing the fraudulent votes based on the PCAP data he was in possession of.

Think of how difficult it would be to capture that type of information, in Florida we have 67 supervisor of election locations. They’re over 3000 counties in the USA, capturing network traffic from that many different locations could only be done at major trunk concentration points around the USA from Tier One Internet providers, such as AT&T, CenturyLink, Zayo and Verizon, with network systems that span the globe.

I seriously doubt that Mike Lindell has that type of information, the only organization that probably does is the NSA and unless Mike Lindell has a source inside the NSA he can’t have the type of information he claims.

If Mike didn't state his case perfectly, maybe it's because he can't sink his teeth into Tech the way he can a Pillow.

That's what his tech advisors are for. Like "Mary Fanning" who apparently has no experience in IT security? Or Dennis Montgomery who said he had "health issues" and could not even phone in to the Cyber Symposium? Phil Waldron? Anyone?

Lindell made unprovable claims. He's now being held to account for those claims. As it should be.

SO sick of playing whack a mole with creeps.

It’s not just one , or only this or that.

It’s ALL of it.

They invented mail in ballot fraud in 1864,

and have never stopped inventing new methods to cheat,

and are STILL inventing new cheats to add to their arsenal.

They
Use
Them
All
Every time.

I’m not sure loading millions of ballots into mailboxes in black corrupted precincts in purple states can EVER BE DECIPHERED

it’s perfect

Trump won every barometer that historically wins

Increased black male and Latino percentage to record high

Got more votes than anyone in history

Yet Biden got 13 million more than Obama and set a new record beyond the pale

Took weeks to count determined in select mostly urban spots

I think the electoral margin was 55,000

Anyone reasonable knows this was not a legit election considering the machinations of Marc Elias prior to the vote

What percentage of America knows this

Maybe 10%

Some posters here are just stupid or hate Trump

This is true, but as far as I know Mike has never claimed he or another private individual captured the packets themselves. From what I heard, he hired network security experts who identified a faulty ISDN line in the Pacific that the Chinese have exploited for years. While our government showed no interest in investigating (or were complicit).
