Actually, according to the Bible the Egyptians and the Blacks had a common ancestor, Ham. However, the Egyptians were by no means sub-Saharan — and this is what upsets the Blacks, who desperately want claim to some great civilization. Therefore, they’ll “blackwash” anything for the sake of self-esteem.

Egypt had the Nile River with its rich farmland and, more importantly, the Mediterranean Sea. Natural Resources and access to trade — a winning combination for prosperity.

Sub-Saharan Africa had few navigable rivers or ocean harbors. They were screwed.

“the Blacks” - by that you mean sub-Saharan African.

They did have great empires like the Mali empire

Or if we consider Ethiopia as sub-saharan (not sure), then THAT was a great kingdom, empire and civilization — and still is

Actually, linguistically and to some extent genetically, the Egyptians, the Berbers, the Canaanites and the Israelites are all part of the same people - Afro-Asiatic speakers - who split 8KYA.

The Canaanites and Israelites are genetically and linguistically similar
