INDIANAPOLIS – Conservative firebrand Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, declared Friday that he is "100% for President Trump" in the 2024 presidential election despite the ongoing legal issues facing the former president.

Speaking with Fox News Digital ahead of his speech to the National Rifle Association convention, Jordan argued Trump was the only president to do what he said he was going to do, and did so successfully despite the entire political establishment standing against him.

"No one has demonstrated that they will do what they said and get things done like he did, and he did it with everyone in that town against him. And that's what I still respect about President Trump, and I'm for him all the way," Jordan said when asked about the increasingly heated Republican presidential primary contest.

Alongside his certainty over Trump's candidacy, Jordan stressed he "liked" all the current and potential candidates, and that he was "friends" with each of them.

"I just talked to Vice President Pence. Great guy … Governor DeSantis, a great guy. When we formed the Freedom Caucus, there were nine of us. He was one of the nine. But I am 100% for President Trump," he said.

Jordan has been one of Trump's staunchest defenders against the felony falsification of business records charges brought against him by New York district attorney Alvin Bragg last week, and has launched an inquiry into the latter over his efforts targeting the former president, which includes subpoenas to provide documents pertaining to the investigation to the House Judiciary Committee later this month.

Bragg, in turn, sued Jordan over the subpoenas alleging he

Fake legal issues. It is ridiculously obvious that the Trump "scandals" are a big, fat zero. Trump does not have real legal issues, he is under attack by the DemocRats and RINOs.

“DeSantis Jeb Bush 2.0 the Conservative Noisemaker Model.”

DeSantis has never been a RINO like Jeb.

Jim Jordan: "No one has demonstrated that they will do what they said and get things done like he did, and he did it with everyone in that town against him. And that's what I still respect about President Trump, ..."

Well said. I agree wholeheartedly.

Almost the entire Republican DC "establishment" and all Democrats were against President Trump. Those two groups happily joined forces, vowing to eject President Trump from the White House no matter what it took. And they did.

As one example, the Republican Rick Wilson (who worked for President George H.W. Bush as his campaign's Florida field director and co-founded the Republican-based Lincoln Project), went on MSNBC on Election Day 2020 (before polls closed). The MSNBC news host, Nicolle Wallace, is supposed to be impartial. However, she welcomed Rick Wilson on her show (split-screen including Wallace, Wilson, and two other liberals) by saying: "Rick Wilson ... your unyielding, unrelenting, ass-kicking of Donald Trump and his children [at which point all four began laughing out loud] ... and everything about his Presidency that felt so screwed-up. What is the closing kick in the teeth [against Donald Trump] from [your] Lincoln Project?" Rick Wilson: "Voters ... kicked his ass ... he blew up the economy ... he's a narcissist lunatic ... a cataclysm for the GOP."

That MSNBC news host is supposed to be "unbiased?" Really? All four of the participants were laughing along with Wallace regarding her anti-Trump question.

Why were Wallace and Wilson and the other two guests so extremely confident that Biden won? No election results had been issued during the time of that MSNBC interview. Answer: Stolen election. I'm not saying anyone tampered with voting machines -- I have no idea about that specific issue. I'm saying there was a Democrat Party Cabal conspiracy (including establishment Republicans, the MSM, academia, pro sports leagues, the corporate world and its CEOs, etc., etc.) to eject the hugely popular and extremely successful President Trump from the White House. Which they did.

One more example: You have Republican Liz Cheney, who has repeatedly said that she will do "whatever it takes" to prevent President Trump from having any chance to run for the Presidency ever again.

And Wilson and Cheney are Republicans. So you can only imagine how bad the Democrats are, regarding President Trump.

I admit that Ron DeSantis has the voice that Jeb Bush lacked.

Hard for me to see a real lets do it conservative here they all play both sides take money from powerful interests and I’ll even include Trump in that.

Guess what? That’s politics today. If you think some Holier Than Thou people supported candidate would ever win a national competition, you really do not understand what you are facing today.

It makes one think about things I’ve done battle with the “moderates” over the years and now I get to reflect on the past battles.

The next POTUS if they do politics the “moderate” way would have to do things that are “possible”.

It seems we are in a very serious situation where more extreme measures may be needed.

Speaking of “possible” the United States has tremendous leverage with Canada I think the next President could achieve “regime change” there get rid of Justin Trudeau.
