A mangy mutt represents human diversity and inclusion more than a depiction of a person?
The old logo is “problematic” for triggered people who might’ve preferred to go to a different school. They were not compelled to go there. I don’t care for either logo.

My high school mascot was the indian head figure licensed from the Boston/Milwaukee/Atlanta Braves and was used until 2007 when some fake indian group threatened a lawsuit claiming our mascot was “racist”.
