Anti-vaxxer RFK Jr. files to run for president as Democrat

Editor’s Note: We’ve updated this article to reflect that the organization Robert F. Kennedy Jr. heads is called the Children’s Health Defense. We regret the error.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a longtime anti-vaccine activist, filed paperwork Wednesday to run for president as a Democrat.

Kennedy filed a statement of candidacy on Wednesday to challenge President Biden, who has yet to formally announce his bid for reelection, in the 2024 Democrat primary, The Associated Press reported. Kennedy had launched a fundraising campaign last month on social media to help him “decide whether to run for President.”

“If it looks like I can raise the money and mobilize enough people to win, I’ll jump in the race,” he tweeted last month. “If I run, my top priority will be to end the corrupt merger between state and corporate power that has ruined our economy, shattered the middle class, polluted our landscapes and waters, poisoned our children, and robbed us of our values and freedoms. Together we can restore America’s democracy.”

Kennedy, who is the nephew of former President John F. Kennedy and son of former Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, heads the Children’s Health Defense, an anti-vaccine organization that often promotes unproven theories about the safety of vaccines. It has received strong criticism for its misinformation.

The organization also doubled its profits during the COVID-19 pandemic, when many people grew hesitant over the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines, according to The Associated Press.

Hardly.

I’ve said for months, if Kennedy wins the nomination (which is highly unlikely), he would be a formidable challenge to Trump.

One of his main goals is to dismantle the CIA and FBI.

His pro-abortions views are disgusting, but has great appeal to blue and purple states. His views on environment are also popular to many on the left. If he would only concentrate on how corporations are polluting our waters, I almost could tolerate it, but I’m sure he’s all-in on the green new deal. (UG)

He’s actually better on MRNA vaxes than Trump is.

His big obstacle will be getting the nomination in the Democrat party. He’ll have all the right enemies (Fauci, Big Pharma, Deep State). His voice will not help him , but of course, he can’t help that.

“One of his main goals is to dismantle the CIA and FBI.”

Well, we know what happens to people who think like that........................

You are absolutely correct. The amount of false and silly disinformation about who can and cannot be president is outrageous. Using their logic, even Donald Trump is not qualified since his mother was born in Scotland.

You should read his book about Fauci if you have not already.

People call him a conspiracy theorists. It is not a conspiracy if it is true.

True. I think probsbly Kennedy will be the front runner if Biden pulls out of race. I doubt Newsome will appeal to enough people because he is so radical. But who knows- liberals don’t think right, and just vote party regardless of who it is, some even vote on looks alone.

“The only thing a government needs to make people into slaves is fear,” Kennedy shouted to the crowd. “And if you can figure out something to get them scared, you can get them to do anything that you want.”

I sure can’t argue with that. The above is from an article in Town and Country Magazine which cites excerpts from Kennedy’s speech in Berlin. He also had this to say,

“He went on to say that “they” are “using the quarantine to bring 5G into all our communities,” for the purpose of surveillance and data harvesting.”

Is he pro-abortion? The only info I could find is from an old article where they state he describes himself as pro-life without any mention of it including the usual nonsense of pro-life means you can be pro abortion. Think Nancy Pelosi.

I did find this. Although info on his abortion views are elusive I can’t fault him for his contempt for Planned Parenthood.

“Kennedy’s nephew Robert is a wiser, braver man than his uncle. He has the courage to buck his family and his party on any number of subjects, including Planned Parenthood — a “neo-progressive organization” founded, he writes, by “the racist eugenicist Margaret Sanger to promote birth control and sterilization and to purge ‘human waste’ and ‘create a race of thoroughbreds.’ ”

When you consider the number of lives saved by vaccines, being an anti-vaxxer is a bad thing. It is estimated that over 4 Million lives are saved by childrens vacccinations each year.

Estimated by whom? Pfizer? Fauci?

Do you work for Pfizer?
