In a sudden development to come after Putin claimed to have made a surprise visit to Mariupol, Ukraine over the weekend, a leaked video reportedly shows the Russian leader met with backlash from citizens protesting Russia’s involvement in Ukraine.
Even more surprising is the fact that Putin’s team seemingly edited a propaganda video to remove the unruly protestors before reposting the clip as if nothing had happened.
“It’s all untrue, it’s all for show!” one woman is heard shouting in the original video as Putin prepares to make a series of remarks in Mariupol.
“Nobody f---ing needs us here,” one person wrote on Russian social media this week. “Everything is done for a picture on TV, so that people in Russia will watch.”
“And why take him there, he was only taken to places that were preserved and new buildings,” wrote another person regarding Putin’s alleged trip to Mariupol on Saturday. “Nobody will show him the empty pits under the foundations of destroyed houses.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, this week’s public show of disgust against Putin – and the Kremlin’s shift to damage control mode – came shortly after the Russian leader was accused of sending a body double to Mariupol rather than visiting the wart-torn territory himself.
According to one Kyiv official named Anton Gerashchenko, it was clear the Russian president sent a doppelganger into Ukraine this weekend due to the differences between the alleged body double and the real Putin.

“Even more surprising is the fact that Putin’s team seemingly edited a propaganda video to remove the unruly protestors...”
Really?? I’m not surprised at all.
No one likes this mass murder Putin. No one likes Russia. Russians hate Russians. This is why Putin could care less about the 100,000+ Russians he has sent to their deaths in Ukraine. All for Putin (so he believes) that he will be in the history books as a great conquering Tsar. Like the previous Tsars.
Tsar is the Russian word for “need more blood”.
Yesterday hundreds of pro-Trump protesters showed up for the arrest in New York City, and one anti-Trump protester.
Guess which one made the news?
Everything in the “news” is a lie.

MAGA protesters in Manhattan crowded out by anti-Trump rivals

Web22 hours ago · 03/21/2023 01:59 PM EDT. NEW YORK – Demonstrators who want a Donald Trump indictment far outnumbered MAGA supporters Tuesday morning outside the …
The spectacular footage (pictured), filmed from the cockpit of one of the two B-52s and released on Wednesday, showed its counterpart soaring above the clouds along with fighters jets from Spain, Italy and Romania. NATO’s Air Command said on Twitter that the ‘B-52s are training with Allied Air Forces during their BTF mission strengthening our Euro-Atlantic partnership’ amid Russia’s on-going invasion of Ukraine, which has heightened tensions in the region.
Details of the mission were released two days after a Russian fighter jet intercepted the pair of B-52s over the Baltic Sea as they flew close to Russia’s airspace. Russia’s defence ministry said on Tuesday that a single Su-35 was scrambled to meet the strategic bombers that were flying towards the Russian border on Monday, but that it returned to base after they moved away following a tense stand off.
It also followed the March 14 crash of a US military surveillance drone into the Black Sea after it was intercepted by Russian jets, in the first known direct military encounter between Russia and the US since Russia invaded Ukraine.
Biden outpolled Trump by more than 6 to 1 in Manhattan, by more than 5 to 1 in the Bronx, by more than 3 to 1 in Brooklyn, and by almost 3 to 1 in Queens. So it’s not surprising that the anti-Trump protesters would be more numerous. Besides, the pro-Trump voters had to be at work.
Don’t you ever get tired of the lies? Are you really that stupid that believe without question every piece of propaganda the media puts put?
I pop in to FR every once in a while to confirm that the collapse of the US is indeed a grass roots effort.
Same Z-clowns on every Ukraine thread. Some of them are multiple identities.
“”Yesterday hundreds of pro-Trump protesters showed up for the arrest in New York City, and one anti-Trump protester.””
Only one anti-Trump person showed up? Did that one person have a sign?
Sure there’s people in Russia who hate Putin. Plenty of people hate Donald Trump too, simply because he got elected, and Hillary didn’t. People on both sides of the political spectrum here, have spent the past, almost 8 years trying to destroy him in any way possible. Has the government of Russia done to Putin, what the U.S. government has done to Trump? Seems if he was so hated by the people, and the government of Russia, they’d be able to get rid of him one way or the other. Maybe they should ask the Democrats how they managed to get rid of Trump so easily.
About as credible as “mostly peaceful” demonstrations by DNC hired Antifa/BLM thugs. Or, photoshops by Palistinian terrorists showing little kids killed by Israeli troops.
Zylynskyy is a thug, so he fits right in with BeijingBiden and his bum kissers.
You are not making sense. Putin is still in power, far more so than Trump ever was, or Biden is now..

Update on Russian military operations in Ukraine for March 23, 2023:
- Russian forces continue encircling the fortified cities of Bakhmut and now Avdeevka, two major points along Ukraine's defense line in the Donbass;
- Ukraine is gearing up for its upcoming offensive, carrying out drone strikes on Crimea and reconnaissance by force along the line of contact in Zaporozhye;
- the stated goal of Ukraine according to Western reports is to cut the land-bridge between Crimea and the rest of Russia, though that would hardly isolate Crimea entirely;
- Ukraine would suffer immense losses, just as they did during the Kharkov /Kherson offensives last year, with the addition of many more Russian troops and extensive defensive works created months in advance;
- The US and EU are surging remaining stockpiles of artillery ammunition to Ukraine ahead of the offensive to sustain 2-4 months of intense fighting. Once depleted it will take years for the West to restore these stockpiles;
- Russian shell production appears to have exceeded Western output as early as 2014-2015 and has continuously increased since meaning Russia's ability to regenerate combat power exceeds the West's at this moment;
You apparently had trouble comprehending my comment, and the point I was making. I specifically asked that if Putin is hated so much as this article contends, why, after all of these years, hasn't anyone, not the Russian government, or the Russian people tried to get rid of him, in any way possible? Our commie government in this country got rid of Trump after four years, and they started doing it the minute he announced he was running for President in 2015. Two leaders, both hated by a certain group of people, yet the only one successfully tossed out of office, was the guy the Commies in this country wanted to get rid of.
Really? How much less could he care? I would think he could not care less, but, I'm sure you know better.
Holy crap, dude. If you think Politico is "somewhat neutral" we know where you are coming from. Go back to the Democratic Underground.
I agree. That belonged on the cutting room floor.
