I guess they’re waiting for one of them to leak to the turd rollers in the liberal “media” that they intend to indict Trump and that most of them already have book deals and gab show appearances arranged.

Mr. Costello embarrassed Mr. Bragg rather badly on Tuesday by pointing out to the GJ that Mr. Bragg had withheld a lot of evidence from the GJ.

:::::BREAKING NEWS: Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg hid hundreds of pages of “exculpatory evidence” from grand jury in the case against President Trump.:::::

Whenever it comes to Trump, Trump supporters, or anyone on the right, the leftist persecutors/prosecutors always conveniently forget about the Brady Rule which guarantees access to exculpatory evidence in the possession of the persecutors.

It was reported before he said anything, yes. Trump was alerted that it had hit the wires and beat them to the punch.

Even the die hard DeSantis people I know are saying we have to back Trump now because they are logical. Trumps arrest seals his victory. Delicious!

I'm an RDS supporter. Not diehard as I never harbor a bromance with a politician.

I back Trump in this case, as (if the indictment occurs) it's almost from the old Soviet Union.

As politically unsound as the potential of an indictment seems to us, in all likelihood it does not help Trump. (It might if he could keep quiet and let his lawyers gather facts before acting, and also to ask supporters to keep calm as well.

Trump's impatient and unwise timing and insurmountable need to communicate is his biggest adversary, sorry to say.

I'd love to see him emerge stronger in the public's eye. He won't because he can't.

The New York Times: “A New York Times review and interviews with election law experts strongly suggest that New York state prosecutors have never before filed an election law case involving a federal campaign. Bringing an untested case against anyone, let alone a former president of the United States, carries the risk that a court could throw out or narrow the case.”

This is NYC. More likely he couldn’t get enough street bums together to indict DJTrump . Obviously did not offer them a big enough bribe to sit in on 15 minutes of “evidence” while they are coming down off a drug high.

In other words this is just another witch hunt they can't produce their desired results because it's bogus to begin with.

Typical patterns of behavior by the left....”pressure” and make heir targets pay mega $$$$ on Attorney fees. Either way it all distracts from the real criminals - The Biden Crime Family, Clintons, and all those who aided and abetted them.

The current distraction is just a distraction from the real distraction which is the new distraction to distract you from the actual distraction.

Time enough for our benevolent and powerful ruler soros to get to individual members of the grand jury and , through intermediary lackeys, make his will known unto them.

Soros knows all and commands all. The eye of soros sees all.

More likely Bragg is being told that if he proceeds with his persecution and Trump manages to get re-elected, Bragg will probably not see many more sunrises ...

There’s no way the DA can get 12 to convict on this, even in NYC. Best he can do is fingerprints and a mugshot, and that looks iffy.

That is my suspicion as well. Then, Cohen’s attorney, whose name I can’t remember now, came in and destroyed their narrative, publicly when he talked about it after his testimony to the press, and Tucker ate outside the DAs office with his emails and other records.

I suspect the case was very, very, very flimsy to begin with, and that just threw such a big wrench in the works they’re having to reevaluate the entire thing and need more time.

Just saw something on twitter that the DA withheld evidence, and that it leaked out.
