This is merely optics. The NY DA will never win this case against President Trump. It is already proven he was elsewhere on the night the grifter claimed they were together.

Men like Trump who are in the spotlight need to throw a couple cents in the tin from time to time to get grifters like Stormi out of their lives. President Trump would have written the check (politics or no) because that's the kind of man he is.
