Fox News reports that New York City D.A. Alvin Bragg is preparing to arrest Donald Trump complete with fingerprinting and “normal processing” all under a felony charge federal prosecutors refused to pursue.
Politically motivated persecution.
Anyone care to guess how big the book deal that Bragg has signed is? I’ll wager that it’s at least $10 million.
You know good and well the Feds are assisting in this. They know Trump cant be pardoned on state charges if a Republican becomes president.

If the ultimate goal is to keep Trump out of politics, this is exactly the wrong approach.
At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump himself asked for Bragg to pursue this charge as a publicity stunt. It’s probably one of the best possible things that could happen to raise his profile in the eyes of the fence sitters in the GOP who believe the country is going to hell.
Really though, I know it’s just TDS. Of all the thousands of things that Trump did over his career, even after this particular incident was already litigated multiple times in different courts, the Manhattan DA really believes this is the thing that is going to end him.
Rub it in, put Hunter on the jury.
President Trump should demand the same treatment that Edwards got.
For proper context, we have to look at the incident with John Kerry's 2004 VP running mate John Edwards. Edwards' wife Elizabeth announced that she had breast cancer the week before the 2004 election, which Kerry/Edwards lost.
Edwards later ran for President in the 2008 Democrat primaries. He was getting the sympathy vote because his wife had announced that her cancer had returned. Early in the campaign, the National Enquirer discovered that John Edwards was having an affair with campaign photographer Reille Hunter, and ultimately had a love child with her. Edwards eventually dropped out, the charge of cheating on his dying wife was too much for even a Democrat to overcome.
Allegedly, Edwards was paying Hunter to keep quiet about it, but it was eventually discovered. People questioned whether the payments to Hunter amounted to illegal use of campaign funds, but the Edwards campaign argued that cash is fungible and it's hard to tell which cash - campaign cash or Edwards' personal cash - was used for the payments. Edwards eventually went to trial in federal court in North Carolina and was acquitted on the count of misuse of campaign funds, and two other counts were a mistrial. The DoJ declined to retry those two counts.
If President Trump were to be indicted for misuse of campaign funds when he had billions of his own (and no love child to hide), it would be in a New York court which would be hostile to him.
Still, the spectacle of trying President Trump in a local New York City court for the same charge that Edwards was acquitted on in federal court would twist the liberal talking heads into knots, especially when no child was involved and Trump didn't need the campaign cash to pay anyone off.
I just don't see how Bragg has any jurisdiction here.

Hey it worked to get Ted Stevens out of the way, even though it was later proven that he was innocent of all charges. I guess instead of killing Trump this the tactic they will use to get him out of the 2024 race.
I think he’s biting off more than he can chew.

That DA wants to put him in jail where he can have suicide committed on him.

Alvin Bragg makes the charges up as he goes along. Trump didn't sign any checks for Stormy Daniels, and he also didn't sign the NDA either. In fact, Daniels sued in 2018 to have the NDA nullified because Trump hadn't signed it.
You go through the extradition process.
Just a prediction.… This could have blowback that they do not expect.
What happens if Trump travels across the country, campaigning let’s say, what are New York’s options?
Is it now the responsibility of the Federal government to go pick Trump up?

The reason we are near the end of freedom and rights of citizens is the fact the enemy (and the Enemy) know conservatives obey the laws, conscientiously go to work and pay taxes to support others, quietly watch people burn the American flag and urinate on statues and portraits of Jesus, silently allow millions of anti-American criminal illegals to get full welfare entitlements, and watch as criminals are let go for technicalities with evidence not shown to juries (recorded confession, video of crime, past convictions for the same crime not allowed in court) and others to be granted quick release or no bond.
God may allow us and our loved ones to die as Christian or Jewish martyrs. Jewish Kedoshim such as Rashi were scourged with hot iron claws, some stoned to death and others burned or torn to pieces.
