However, I will state that I do not wish shingles on anyone. I would prefer dems like Feinstein suddenly have a conversion event, like Saul on the road to Tarsus (forgive me if I have the city name incorrect).
My DILs mother got shingles (Ramsay Hunt Syndrome which affects the facial nerves) two weeks after the vax. My much younger niece got the same type of shingles, leaving scarring and was extremely ill, in tremendous pain for weeks. Didn’t know each other, and lived in different states. They were both told by docs that there is an unusual number of shingles outbreak and speculation it is caused by the VAX.

Both my son (in his mid 30’s) and a close friend of my daughter (late 20’s) developed bad cases of shingles after a “booster” jab.
Son is a Federal employee and didn’t have much of a choice (but would have gotten it anyways, as he has gone off the liberal/atheist/non-binary deep end) — d’s friend was required or else was not allowed to attend college where she was going into her senior year
The vax trashes your immune system. Shingles is cause by long time remnants of chicken pox. The vax increases your chances of getting shingles and a a host of other conditions, because your immune system is then weak.

One of our best male friends, and I got the shingles after Covid shot #2. We both had gotten the shingles vaccine in the fall before Covid hit us.
We both had a lot of weird medical events after our first Shingles shot (before Covid). So we skipped our second Shingles shots.
Basically our first Covid Vaccine had minimal side effects.
We both developed shingles shortly after our second Covid shot. My Rash just disappeared a few days, and my RN Wife and a family doc felt that our shingles was due to the Covid jab. Yet, after a few days both of us had the rash disappear.
This past Thanksgiving, my wife and I got smacked by a pretty potent Covid Variant. Her lower rib cage in her back ached for weeks. She is finally about over that fun and joy.
I apparently developed post Covid Gout in my left foot, and it went away after 3-4 days treatment with a topical NSAID.
Fortunately, we had some nice sunny days to get some sun and free Vitamin D.
About a dozen friends of our age got smacked by the same variant, and we are all doing okay now.
Close it was the road to Damascus, but he was from Tarsus.

That’s really not even [very] controversial. The vaXX, almost any vaXX, activates the immune system with unpredictable reactions in a [usually] small number of cases. The possibility of directly activating the latent chicken pox virus is there as well. Why it is ever reactivated is not fully understood.

Agreed. My beloved aunt died of shingles many years ago, a horrible way to go.
I am currently overcoming a nasty case of shingles.
It wiped out my trigeminal nerve. First diagnosed last Memorial day.

I had a shingles shot maybe 13 years ago, the original, not the latest vaccine. I suspect the Covid shots nullified the shingles shots, but no proof or evidence.
If you are over 50, by all means get the new vaccine. Shingles is horrible.
I am no fan of DiFi, but I will pray for her recovery from this terrible disease.
