You needed the “professional help” last year, before you bought into a hellhole.

Normally I would say pack up and move the hell out of California.
But by the sounds of these nitwits, I don’t think they should infect another state...

“....making about $320,000 combined yearly...”
The combined salary of my wife and I has never exceeded 100K/yr yet I am now a millionaire.
Idiots and their money are soon parted.

Closed on the over-bid house, then went on vacation. Came back from vacay with buyers remorse. Too bad, so sad.

No, you don’t need help. You’re doing a great job! As a matter of fact, I have a unique opportunity that is perfect for you. Why not get in on the ground floor?
Don’t let this slip past you - act NOW!

I was a victim of FOMO during the housing market craziness and bought a house for $200,000 over the asking price.Okay, somebody has to ask: What is "FOMO?"

And we wonder why California is such a mess and Democrats rule it with an iron fist! Most of the people in the state are really this dumb!!!

Many poor decisions led him to this situation
- Bought house far from job location
- Bought house far from friends
- Overpaid for property
- Raising family in Bay Area
- Unplanned role as a landlord
- $320k is not a large income for this area.
- This guy will take a bath if the renters stop paying or leave.
To: SaxxonWoods
If they bought the house for $200k OVER asking, I can only imagine what the price of the house was. You’re just asking for financial trouble doing this and expecting prices to only go up. They gambled and lost. It’s astonishing that $320k/yr is only able to ‘get you by’ in CA.

What is a “FOMO”?
Is that an offshoot of the LGBTQWERTY cult? Is it a branch of HOMO?

He should take whatever skills they have that provide that kind of income and find some place where they can earn half as much that is at least a days drive from San Franshitsco.

Victim? No. Fool.

I would engage a fiduciary financial advisor who makes investment decisions with your best interest in mind. A financial advisor who isn't a fiduciary may recommend products for which they receive a commission or other form of payment.

After my mom died, my brother decided to sell her 20-year-old doublewide and two acres in the country near me in rural TN. The doublewide was immaculate, but it was still 20 years old. He bought it from her before she passed for $30,000 to give her some spending money but she lived there rent free until she passed.
Well, he asked over $100,000 for it on a whim and advertised it in CA. The people that flew in from CA to look at it bought it on the spot and gave him $10,000 over asking price.
They sure are dumb, or desperate.
My brother laughed all the way to the bank.

I would answer Yes, hire a professional demolition crew, blow up the house and leave Frisco as fast as possible.
