And no conservative will ever pass and no demonrats will ever fail.
I’d prefer an “honesty to oath” test instead....
Nikki Haley needs a gig on CNN or PMSNBC, where all good RINOs go to retire.
how about a TREASON TEST and READING TEST
for candidates who are actually not eligible????
Haley is not LOYAL to the US Constitution,
and would fail both of those tests.
It's the elephant in the room. If I were the head of the RNC I would be pushing for debates without any moderators. Just a back and forth with a person doing timing and 10 topics, and none of them about abortion or diversity or gay rights or other such leftist nonsense like climate change.
They All need IQ tests, mental competency tests and a course in Civics 101. Term limits also need to be applied.
Her job is to take on Trump so DeSantis doesn't have to, then be named his running mate. At least that's what Jeb & Co. are hoping for.
There are plenty of people mentally competent that are over 75 and plenty under 75 that are not.
That backstabber wants that for Trump.
Come one come all. Perhaps there should be a citizenship, mental health test & physical exam required to run. Lots of dead wood has slipped through thus far and much of it in younger persons.
My hate for Haley is getting ...
white-hot.
Try 35.
Mental competency tests for all elected offices.
How about a citizenship check?
What a bunch of BS. They should get an annual physical which includes mental competency every year after 65. Just like every other medicare recipient, results reported immediately.
Haley needs to push for the states to require people wanting to run for state or federal public office to pass a basic constitutional law test before being allowed to run for office, the test emphasizing the federal government's constitutionally limited powers.
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
”From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added].” —United States v. Butler, 1936.
In fact, passing such a test would help to get federal lawmakers who help to pass laws based on stolen state powers out of office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for open rebellion against the fed's constitutionally limited powers.
"14th Amendment, Section 3: No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof [emphases added]. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."
It’s in the right direction, but I’d say 21 not 75.
Maybe there should also be a ban on ditzy MILFs.
How about make them retire at 65? You know, “Social Security” age.
How about mental competency tests for anyone UNDER 75, while you’re at it.
And a background investigation before they are allowed to run for office.
And a piss test to check for drugs, legal or otherwise. How about a list of all the “prescription” tranquilizers and mood elevators and all the other wacky stuff they are on.
