There's another new twist in President Joe Biden's classified document scandal as new reporting from CBS News — one of the first outlets to report the existence of a federal investigation into his mishandling of sensitive materials — reveals that the FBI searched the Penn Biden Center offices in November 2022, but no one disclosed the search to the American people.
This latest revelation is another damning indictment of President Biden and his administration's failure to "bring transparency and truth back to the government" as the White House pledged it would do on day one.
Here's the latest piece of Biden's scandal to come to light via CBS News' report:
The FBI searched the Penn Biden Center offices in mid-November, according to two sources familiar with the investigation, after lawyers for President Biden had found about 10 documents marked classified there on Nov. 2. The material originated from Mr. Biden's time as vice president.
It is not clear whether FBI personnel found any additional classified or presidential material during the mid-November sweep.
Two sources told CBS News the search was conducted with the cooperation of Mr. Biden's representatives. A search warrant was not sought.
Mr. Biden used the 6th-floor office space near the Capitol periodically between 2017 and 2019. The Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement opened its doors in 2018.
The FBI search of the think tank was not previously disclosed by the White House, Mr. Biden's personal attorneys, or the Department of Justice.
So yet again the drip, drip, drip of Biden's classified document scandal continues to reveal even more that was apparently willfully kept from the American people in stark contrast to how the Archives, FBI, and DOJ handled former President Donald Trump's classified documents.
It also presents more evidence that the Biden administration may have at one point thought they'd be able to conceal the existence of mishandled classified documents altogether, or at least obfuscate the number or location of documents that Biden kept from his time as VP and in the U.S. Senate.
And remember, when asked if President Biden was trying to cover-up the scandal, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre wouldn't deny such an attempt was made.
When, more recently, the FBI searched Biden's residence in Wilmington, Delaware, the White House disclosed the fact the next day — so why were the American people kept in the dark about the November search of the Penn Biden Center office? And were there other FBI searches that took place between the first discovery of classified documents before the midterms last November and when Americans were finally made aware that Biden has mishandled the sensitive materials?
Yet again, the Biden administration's near-complete lack of transparency means there are still more questions than answers.

The 4th branch of government is no longer the media. It is DOJ/Intel Community. The media and big tech are effectively part of DOJ and the IC now.
Eisenhower, the Kennedy brothers, and Nixon were right. The first warned about the danger of the IC but they let him leave. They killed the next two who wanted to rein in CIA. They removed Nixon when a group of CIA burglars broke into Watergate and Nixon stupidly taped himself AFTER he told them he knew who killed JFK.
They wrecked much of Trump’s first two years with a bogus assault and then Covid wrecked the last two years and cost him the election. Trump never controlled them nor did his appointees.
Ask yourself..... who really runs the country? The FBI is part law enforcement and part IC. DOJ has an IC component. We know that the IC was using Big Tech to censor people and leaking to the media like a sieve.
Nobody controls the IC. They run the government and they control the narratives. They run congress. All they need is one open investigation and they can effectively run the Executive Branch while hiding it behind an “open classified investigation or special counsel”. It’s leverage. Pure leverage.
Think about it.

All of us (me too) need to wake up to these facts. We believe we have a Constitutional Republic, but do we?
It is absolutely 100% undeniable that election laws in multiple states were violated in the 2020 election. How/why did federal courts ignore this? What was the media narrative and how many rabbits were chased that removed the spotlight from real things like tens of thousands of mail-in ballots with no chain of custody or signature verification.
That alone would have decided the election but what did the courts hear? They had to wade through all the Italian intelligence nonsense and CIA raids in Germany instead of the illegalities right in the open (read Federal law on elections). Remember, Trump was ahead on election night.
Every ballot after midnight in the key states did not comply with federal or state election laws.
Who controls the courts? Who controlled the media narrative? Did the media talk about the obvious violations or did click-bait alt-conservative media, Sidney Powell, Reverend Lawyer from Georgia, and Mike Lindell fill the airwaves with crazy stuff that was impossible to prove or understand?
Mr Barr, Mr William Barr (a very important person), Attorney General of the United States of America declared that there was no election fraud! Now? You don’t think that Mr Barr was in on the coup, do you?
Well, that’s not what he said. That’s not what he told Trump.
Trump ignored his advice and mischaracterized the AG’s role.
And when he quit, Trump begged him not to leave.
I know that’s not what the Trump cult maintains. But it is much more likely to be the truth.
This whole thing is pre-planned.
Everywhere the VP or POTUS goes is swept by the SS, dogs, and EOD. His offices, home, cars, and the ground he walks on is observed before, during, and after he is there. And everything he does is recorded. If there had been documents loose in the area, they would have been observed and noted.
This is something that would have happened years ago if it was just a screwup. This was a planned, orchestrated set up to get him out of the picture. He is past two years in office now and the libs don’t feel he is a probable winner in 2024 so they have to eliminate him without sending him to prison. I am sure they will do a mental evaluation on him as the house impeaches him for this “historic” failure to protect the people and they will find him riddled with some type of brain disfunction like Alzheimer’s or some other type of dementia disorder that appeared over the last two years.
He has been identified post election, with many of the symptoms of this by the media like a decline in memory, changes in thinking skills, poor judgment and reasoning skills, decreased focus and attention, and changes in behavior. And as Alzheimer’s disease progresses to its last stages, brain changes begin to affect physical functions, such as swallowing, balance, and bowel and bladder control. These symptoms have been identified by the MAYO concerning dementia.

So the liberals are leading the hunt from the background after the two year marker and have even created an out plan for Biden that great humanitarian from congress since Hector was a pup (BS). And yes, I’ve got an idea who they are going to run. And to some it will be a surprise. But to others, it won’t. And I would be shocked if it wasn’t. The plan has worked perfectly so far and the GOP has done their part to aid it. But that’s my speculation.

The strangest thing about Barr was that he said what would happen in a very matter of fact manner. He was 100% right.
Interestingly, you cannot easily find the video of that interview (believe it was CNN) that happened prior to the election.
Then the 2020 election happened and TRUMP was winning on election night at midnight but there were still “hundreds of thousands of ballots” left to be counted.
There were BLATANT violations of election laws. It was endless before, during, and after election day. Drop boxes, Zuckerbucks, postal problems, no poll watchers, not present during adjudication of ballots, chain of custody issues, etc etc etc.
All of a sudden, Barr, despite his prior statement and prediction coming to fruition quickly said there was NO evidence of voter fraud or problems in the election. One of his US Attorneys (Pennsylvania) said they wanted to investigate and they were shut down.
Sort of like the Jeffrey Epstein “suicide” isn’t it?
Barr resigns in a huff and a year later he is back on the Today Show saying he would vote for Trump again in 2024?
You cannot make this stuff up.
NOTHING will come of this. ANY involvement by the FBI was to destroy evidence, fabricate evidence they felt is needed, and erase any sense of corruption by this child sniffing monster. Biden is protected by the entire swamp. I know a lot of people like to think he is just a hapless senile bumbler but he knows where ALL the skeletons are after facilitating the money schemes for decades. If he goes down, the whole DC swamp goes with him. And they aren’t going to allow that.
