I suspect it was one of the justices who leaked it and it’s why they pretend not to know. My guess is Roberts or one of the liberal ones.
This confirms it was leaked by a democrat.
And if it was one of the conservatives? Say Alito or Thomas?
That stupid announcement didn’t help their credibility.
I’m sure if they slapped them on lie detector machines that the pus ball would have been idenified.
As I said at the time, Roberts ran the investigation. If there is no answer then we know that Roberts was the leaker.
Don’t be so sure. Polygraphs aren’t really all that useful or reliable.

What utter excreted CRAP! Every document from EACH Justice has a CHAIN of custody— especially their draft rulings. They are completely trackable. And THIS is a MAJOR lie.
I knew it was a major issue. But I think it was Thomas that said it’s a HUGE disaster said it actually puts the entire system in jeopardy.
Yep. Everyone involved is probably a lawyer and lawyers need to be able to be believed when lying.
