California “lacks a clear strategy” to meet the ambitious climate change goals set by Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) and the Democrat-dominated legislature, according to a report by the nonpartisan Legislative Analyst’s Office.
The report, released Wednesday, assesses California’s plan to achieve the goals it has set in recent years: 100% renewable energy by 2045; a ban on sales of gas-powered cars in 2035; and other goals, none of which will have much direct effect on the phenomenon of global climate, but which aim to lead and inspire other jurisdictions.
Growing emissions from China and India dwarf U.S. emissions, which have fallen in recent years without heavy regulations. U.S. Climate “czar” John Kerry has also admitted that even if both the U.S. and China produced no emissions, climate change would still exist due to the long half-life of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.

We’re driving the productive class out of the state. Such people have an income that allows them to purchase and use evil automobiles. And we’re converting all of our once beautiful single-family neighborhoods to high-density slums so that transit service becomes viable, which will also reduce the number and use of evil automobiles. These should count, right?
1. All public employee’s in the State shall use 100% fossil fuel free transportation to and from their respective work places

There are no answers and climate will be climate according to God's plan. Mother Nature will always win.
Try asking the morons like Slick Newsom and idiot Kerry what per cent of CO2 is in the air, and what is the ideal level. Their responses will be deer in the headlights.

California should ban the use of electricity in the state house and all public buildings.
In addition state employees (including the legislature) should be banned from using electricity in their homes.

Gavin Newsom has a “clear strategy” for fighting “climate change” - it’s to tax productive businesses and citizens - to reduce carbon emissions - until they flee the state.
Whether it works or not doesn’t matter, the taxing part is all that matter. Gotta keep the revenue flowing for his Communist projects.
California doesn’t have to ban electricity - the lights are going out all over b/c the infrastructure and electrical grid is so old and decrepit and hasn’t been upgraded in years (and won’t be).
This is done by design, of course.

Well it’s Califrnia and we are stuck with some of the dumbest democrats you can find making policies on ‘feelings’ instead of facts and reason.
Their major strategy is to import power from Arizona.
And import other stuff from China and the rest of the world.
That way, they could presumably create an island of zero emissions on the Earth.
It will not help with anything, but they would be happy!

Yesterday I woke up to northern California local news reporting power outages
giving the cause as
” Presumptively”
bad weather ( climate change )
Openly spouting the narrative with zero reported facts.
We did have high winds , we do have massive burn spots , we did have flood level rain, we did have trees falling.
I have zero doubt this caused outages.
But for them to have zero actual facts or reports of trees down, with the massive reports and maps of which specific areas had outages ,
I know lots of those outage areas had zero burn areas.
I think we are being conditioned to becoming a third world where electricity is not dependable.
Conditioned to beleive climate change .
We’ve had massive rain and wind before and it never caused that level of outages or number of separate areas before.
Color me skeptical.

Right. If California banned AC in all government buildings, they could save 315 gigawatts of power each year.
(I just made that number up. If the greenies can do it, why can’t I?)
