This lawyer Robert Gouveia's analysis of the Ray Epps deposition with the "January 6th Committee". It's about 1 hour and 40 minutes, he goes through the entire 96 pages of the deposition.

Ray Epps can depose all he wants.
The fact that he was doing o9re t create putative seditiopus conspiracy than anyone else arrested and jailed without bail, gives the lie to his coverup.
Epps , like ANTIFA’s Sullivan was given a slap on the wrist and turned loose for their crowd work. The crowd was full of FBI operatives trying to shape the crowd into a group of “insurrectionists.”
I do admire the fellow who laid a dump on Pelosi’s desk. That man deserves a medal.
I’m not sure what his relationship with his son has to do with “I orchestrated it”.
You can give the guy that medal when he gets out of prison. Not cool to crap on the Queen’s desk.

Epps says that everyone was having a lot fun at the rallies, but he suspected that there were Antifa provocateurs operating in the crowd. He denies that he was working with the FBI or anyone else. Interesting is that some of his testimony was “off the record” and not included in the transcript. He also reveals that he had been questioned by the “January 6th Committee” before, but that transcript hasn’t been released. The whole thing sounded like a friendly chat, when he said he couldn’t remember, the committee accepted that and moved on to something else. Sounded very rehearsed. If all the other Jan 6th defendants were treated this leniently none of them would be in jail today.
They sure can because precedence has been well established by the Courts. Numerous vids exist of Epps and his cohorts with bull horns encouraging protesters to storm the Capitol. Seems Epps and company was well organized by the Feds from directives from Nanc to set Trump up; as Schumer stated on tape. Schumer then went for Trumps taxes but there was nothing there for Schumer to drive home the final blow to Trump. Schumer ended up being the SUCKER!

I think it was the most positive , significant political act of the decade.Yet few people even know it happened.

He denies that he was working with the FBI or anyone elseNot so. He answered questions as to having contacted or spoken w/ FIB or Federal agencies during specific dates -- and he was never questioned as to any relationship in general w/ a Federal agency.
Guys who should be behind bars and are protected and political prisoners who are not and are still rotting in jail
Has the instigator who was given the name, “scaffold commander”, ever been identified and questioned? Seems like he was another key instigator.
