President Joe Biden’s White House told Reps. James Comer (R-KY) and Jim Jordan (R-OH) that the administration will not comply with House Republicans’ outstanding oversight requests, according to a letter obtained by Politico.

Although the Republican Party will not regain control of the House majority and committees until next month, several top House Republicans have already sent records requests to Biden’s White House in anticipation of the investigations they plan to conduct.

....and so, a Constitutional crisis looms.

Good.

Let chaos and paralysis yield change, ultimately.

As long as the Big Guy gives the alphabet agencies what they want, there will be no consequences.

Let the House start clipping the purse strings of tyranny.

So, the entire Biden administration is just a puppet show, fronting for a shadow government?

The Deep State just does as it pleases, as there is no entity willing or able to hold them to account.

Meanwhile, they send out these idiots, with some meaningless script to recite, and then walk away, not caring what anyone thinks or says.

Of course they won’t comply because they don’t have to when they own all the courts.

We won nothing. We will win nothing via any election. Options are running out.

“Let the House start clipping the purse strings of tyranny.”

As I understand it that omnibus bill abomination took care of that leverage for all of 2023....is that not correct?

Conveniently 18 traitors just passed his 1.7T dollar bill, instead of holding his feet to the funding fire if he just ignores.

They are just posturing now, as Biden is right - they requests are meaningless until the GOP takes the reins.

The House can’t do anything about the purse strings until October 2023, thanks to the passage of the Omnibus bill, which essentially left the budget under Pelosi’s control until the end of this fiscal year.

It’s time to impeach that bass turd in the White House and send all his aides back to fast food joints.

It’s not a Constitutional crisis, not even remotely.

The United States does not have a Westminster system. We have a unitary executive - in this way only, the President is like a monarch. He cannot legislate or judge, but the operations of his subordinates are not subject to Congress, except as to funding and impeachment.

The end of the January 6 “committee” shold bring an end to most Congressional “investigations”, which are illegitimate from the start.

The Republicans should follow the Democrats playbook, and once their requests are ignored, cite them for contempt of congress.

Make it a regular thing, as it should be.

It’s a good thing Jo Jo put his boy, Merry Christmas Garland in the Department of Jerks. Merry is going to keep Jo Jo from going to prison.

Someone expected that they would?
No documents will be provided. No witnesses. Subpoenas will be ignored. And any referrals made will be ignored.
They have no real power to compel anyone INSIDE the administration.
