Kari Lake's election case will be going to trial, after attempts to throw it out by Governor elect Katie Hobbs were squashed on Monday.

Lake was the Republican nominee for governor in Arizona and has launched legal action to have her defeat overturned or have the election rerun because of problems at polling stations.

The two phases that will be moving forward to trial are her chain of custody challenges and intentional malice regarding widespread printer breakdowns - leading to her loss to Democrat Katie Hobbs.

She tweeted this evening: 'Our Election Case is going to trial. Katie Hobbs attempt to have our case thrown out FAILED. She will have to take the stand & testify. Buckle up, America. This is far from over.'

The brazen assertion from the election denier - who argues election day problems with printers cost her victory - came after she assured supporters at a gathering of conservatives in Phoenix: 'I'm not going to stand down. These people are corrupt.'

The outspoken Republican - who has been outspoken in her belief that the 2020 Presidential Election was 'stolen' from former President Donald Trump - to take her fight all the way to the Supreme Court if she has to.

Thank you for that...The corrupt, specifically the entrenched government lifers in Maricopa County know damn well probably 75 percent of Arizona residents aren't buying what they're selling. The election was a dumpster fire. Btw, if these types will attempt to criminally undermine and overthrow Trump, they'll do anything to hold onto power and that includes facilitating wide spread vote fraud.

Hobbs hid in her basement like Biden did, and refused to debate Lake. No way in hell Hobbs won.

Only 2 out of 10 were kept. The one count must show the printer situation was intentional. How the heck will she prove that. She’s being sanctioned on the other 8 counts as frivolous. Should be interesting in court.
