I have a question! So a Republican Congress investigates and has material to refer FBI personnel for prosecution. To whom does such a referral go?? We have seen this play too many times already. Congress refers Dems (to FBI) for prosecution and nothing happens. Now we know the FBI is just a branch of DNC. Is there another prosecutorial body to handle this?

That is NOT what happened here. There was absolutely no specificity. There were no persons identified. It was all a politically-motivated fiction, and everyone knows it. So the FBI has joined the CDC, et al., in having zero credibility.
