SUMMARY & MAPS Military Maps & Comment here:
Invasion Day 294 – Summary December 14, 2022 [8 Fronts] The summary of the situation of Russian re-invasion to Ukraine covering the last 48 hours, as of 14th December 2022 – 22:00 (Kyiv time).
Briefly: Situation remains difficult in the area of Bakhmut as Russian troops managed to enter first buildings on the eastern outskirts. Ukrainian forces, despite the recent reinforcements, are unable to stop the endless waves of Russian troops and the air and artillery superiority helps Russians to advance forward.
The amount and intensity of Russian attacks across the whole front seems to be increasing, but Russians so far haven’t found any wunderwaffe to make a larger advance.

“.... in February 2023...”
Going to hold you to that, Denys DavydovIdiot.
And if it don’t happen, well, you know......

Lemme make this simple for the simple minded Ukie fans.
Think mob.
Biden is the boss of one family and Putin of the other. Biden makes moves on Putins territory. Right or wrong, doesnt matter, Biden makes the move.
Zelensky is the middle man...the stash man. He is trying to play both ends against the middle and gets caught. Somebody has to go, and that somebody is Zelensky.
What we got here is one big MOeffn mob war. Triggered by the Poles the beginning of last Feb when they passed law banning Bandera ideology. That gave Putin the final excuse of de-nazifying the Ukraine. Right or wrong, it doesnt matter.
Lot of crooked money changed hands in that shit hole of a country and they are going to fight it out no matter what.
Biden loses. Zelensky gets clipped.
All because of an arrogant demented sob’n ol man.
Outside the city, the close proximity of Russian and Ukrainian lines, often less than a kilometer apart, means that Russia doesn’t even need to use its heavy artillery as much, instead relying on an endless stream of mortar, grenade and rocket launcher fire to pound Ukrainian positions.
For the Ukrainian soldiers tasked with holding the first line, there is little to do but hope that one’s trench or dugout doesn’t take a direct hit.
“Our first and second lines of defense are relatively stable, but it comes at a great cost,” said Ivan, whose unit and exact posting have been kept undisclosed for security reasons.
“Some units are simply running out of people. From what I saw, in only one fight, we had around 10 of our guys killed, never mind the number of wounded. Not everyone could be extracted from the battlefield, some just bled out where they lay.”
In these conditions, the common belief about Russia’s poor effectiveness as a fighting force can quickly melt away.
“They (Ukrainian military leadership) tell everyone about the huge casualties suffered on the Russian side, but from what I could see around Bakhmut, things are more or less OK for them,” said Ivan. “In terms of the coordination between their brigades and artillery, and their overall unit cohesion, you can tell they are doing very well in this sector because of how difficult it is to fight against them.”
🇷🇺🇺🇦 surprised that kyivIndependent would even publish this
Half the people on these threads have been posting that the Ukrainians have won and the other half post the Russians have won.
BOTH are wrong.
It is a very bloody stalemate that hurts BOTH sides fighting.
Nobody’s winning, everybody’s dying or losing loved ones.
The whole thing is stupidity.
“surprised that kyiv Independent would even publish this”
Me too, and I doubt the Neocons will allow it to remain independent much longer. Can’t have the truth slipping out in mainstream media, don’t you know...
Does that mean we will mot be borrowing more money to sent to Ukraine? National debt is already 160% of GDP. But you obviously fo not care about passing the debt on to our children and grand children.
“surprised that Kyiv Independent would even publish this”
Putin/Kremlin thrives on deceit, Ukraine doesn’t have to lie.
“Lemme make this simple.”
Silly Hollywood plot line totally removed from reality.
How many buildings and infrastructure has been destroyed in Russia? Russia is making good money on high price of oil and gas.
Ukraine on the other hand is unlivable with shortages of heat, bood, housing, power plants, and economy in total collapse.
Not structures, but rather just the cream of this generation's young manhood. What has been the birthrate of this generation of Russians? Since the 1990s, barely one child per family. What does this mean for their future? Crashing population, and the Russian people's demographic death.
How much is a single life worth in Russia? What is a totally ruined Ukraine worth to them?
There is no existential threat to Russia from Ukraine.
Conversely, what is Donbass worth to Ukraine if the people there want to be independent? All their (Ukraine's) infrastructure destroyed and THEIR young people dead for what? Donbas? Let it go.
Both sides are not acting in their own best interests.
“Can’t have the truth slipping out in mainstream media, don’t you know...”
_______________
Not to worry, it doesn’t happen very often at the Kyiv Independent. They are reliably pro-Ukrainian for obvious reasons. But, they were just reporting what a Ukrainian soldier fighting in Bahkmut said.
Hopefully, Zelensky won’t shut them down for that one transgression...:-)
“Ukraine doesn’t have to lie.”
Ukraine IS a lie.

Yes, but World War IV will help accomplish the Great Reset and some Population Reduction, so there’s that.../cough
“The personnel center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced in top secret the number of dead Ukrainian soldiers who were declared missing - 35,382 people. These are military personnel whose bodies were left on the battlefield - they were not taken home and were not buried...And their families will not receive compensation because they are “missing.”

Maybe Putin can convince Mexico to allow Russia to place nukes in Mexico and get them to join BRICs.
Let’s see how the US likes them apples......

🇺🇦🇷🇺 Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny gave an interview to the British magazine The Economist. Here are the most interesting theses:
1. Zaluzhny declares that he trusts his generals and listens to people on the ground, since all the initiative comes from there.
2. According to Zaluzhny, partial mobilization in Russia worked. Despite all the problems and equipment of the mobilized, they pose a threat to Ukraine. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine estimates the future reserve for mobilization at 1.2-1.5 million people.
3. Zaluzhny has no doubts that Russia will again go to Kiev. According to him, 200,000 new soldiers are now being trained to march on the Ukrainian capital.
4. Concerning the mobilization in Ukraine, Zaluzhny said that additional measures of this nature are not needed. The Ukrainian army has enough people, but not enough armored vehicles and ammunition.
5. Based on this, Zaluzhny actually made it clear about the next goal of the Ukrainian offensive - this is access to Melitopol to take control of the land corridor to the Crimea under fire control.
“War criminal Jewish midget Nazi ZelenskyyIdiot.”
Didn’t Hitler use similar descriptions to create a bogeyman for others to hate?
