Purely speculation, but she has been shoveling campaign cash to her fiancé Riley Roberts. There may be others. She seems to be very self-indulgent, and entitled. (News Flash!, I know.) And therefore she is dismissive of piddling widdle things like election laws, and what constitutes legitimate campaign expenses.
My bet: She gets a slap on the wrist and promises to make an effort to hide her corruption better next time.
