Right now there are 89 judicial vacancies and another similar number will retire over the next two years.
Biden will nominate and the Judiciary Committee will refer each to the full senate where they will be all approved.
There is nothing and no one in place to stop them.

Methinks that a bunch of Perdue and Walker votes got "adjudicated" into Libertarian "votes".
