John Bolton May Launch Presidential Bid to Stop Trump

Donald Trump could face a challenge for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination from his own former national security adviser John Bolton, who condemned the ex-president’s call to “terminate” the Constitution on Monday.
Bolton said he would “absolutely” consider jumping into the presidential race to prevent Trump from winning the GOP nomination during an appearance on NBC News. He said his potential run would be motivated by Trump’s widely condemned remarks on the U.S. Constitution last week.
Trump sparked backlash Friday night when he wrote a Truth Social post ranting about alleged “Massive Fraud” from the Democratic Party he believes was exposed in the “Twitter Files,” a series of internal conversations allegedly showing how Twitter suppressed a New York Post article about Hunter Biden‘s laptops.
“A massive fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution,” Trump wrote. “Our great ‘Founders’ did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections.”

Trump will have special names for DeSantis (you remember what happened to another Florida governor Jeb Bush). Not only DeSantis will not get nomination in 2024, but his special names given by Trump will keep DeSantis out of 2028 nomination.
DeSantis is smarter than you by orders of magnitude. He will not get into a brawl with Trump in 2024.

No need. Donald Trump is spent as a political force. Even if he manages to win the Republican nomination.
I don't accept the premise, but even if I did, it is as important to keep the Republican Party out of RINO/Neo-Con hands like Romney or Bolton. They do not get "their turn". It is no longer Christine Todd-Whitman's Party, too. THEY can go Third Party, join the Dems, or get with the program on Trump Agenda terms, even if Trump is no longer at the helm.
We have the intellectual firepower to provide the philosophical underpinnings to MAGA. They come from Angelo Codevilla (RIP), Victor Davis Hanson, Steve Bannon, etc. Other folks who are compatible with MAGA would be the Mark Steyns and Tucker Carlsons.
They don't just want to dump Trump, they want to crush MAGA. We ought not abandon men like Donald Trump who led the way, or we will not get a proper successor for MAGA.

President Trump didn’t call to suspend any parts of the Constitution. He said the actions disclosed in #Twittergate were so severe that they might cause “the termination of all the rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.” It was a warning, not a suggestion.
