No need. Donald Trump is spent as a political force. Even if he manages to win the Republican nomination.
I don't accept the premise, but even if I did, it is as important to keep the Republican Party out of RINO/Neo-Con hands like Romney or Bolton. They do not get "their turn". It is no longer Christine Todd-Whitman's Party, too. THEY can go Third Party, join the Dems, or get with the program on Trump Agenda terms, even if Trump is no longer at the helm.
We have the intellectual firepower to provide the philosophical underpinnings to MAGA. They come from Angelo Codevilla (RIP), Victor Davis Hanson, Steve Bannon, etc. Other folks who are compatible with MAGA would be the Mark Steyns and Tucker Carlsons.
They don't just want to dump Trump, they want to crush MAGA. We ought not abandon men like Donald Trump who led the way, or we will not get a proper successor for MAGA.
