Good reporting doesnt start out with “thread explains what’s REALLY happening” like some BOMBSHELL is hidden there. A simple summary tells the reader if its worth his time to read further. JMHO.

There is nothing to prevent the rail workers from walking regardless what Congress does.
I saw a freight train parked on tracks yesterday here in Indiana. Tracks going thru town with only a single track that is typically active with moving trains many times a day.
When I came by 45 mins later it was still sitting there. I wondered if maybe it was a wildcat strike?
