California Governor Gavin Newsom has entertained the idea of giving reparations to African American citizens of California in the last two years.
He commissioned a Reparations Task Force to decide how much African-Americans should receive in reparations and what offenses white people supposedly committed that would merit the reparation payments.
The offenses that they have come up with so far include, of course, slavery, housing discrimination, mass incarceration, and ‘devaluation’ of black businesses and health care.
The committee suggested a high price tag of $223,200 for each African American citizen of California, which would cost the state $569 Billion.
According to a Pew Research poll conducted in 2021, reparations are generally unpopular with Americans.
68 percent of US adults said they do not support reparations for slavery, while only 30 percent said they do support them.
The group that is by far the most supportive is African Americans, where 77 percent said they supported it.
The Gateway Pundit Reports–
A reparations committee in California has suggested that descendants of slaves in the state could be compensated $223,200 each for ‘housing discrimination’.
The nine-member Reparations Task Force was formed by California Governor Gavin Newsom as part of the country’s largest ever effort to address reparations for slavery.
A focus of the California task force has been ‘housing discrimination’ – and it has been estimated that it would cost around $569 billion to compensate the 2.5 million Black Californians for setbacks between 1933 and 1977, according to the New York Times.
That is more than California’s $512.8 billion expenditure in 2021 – which included funding for schools, hospitals, universities, highways, policing and corrections.
However, discussions are still underway, and the panel is continuing to consider how payments should be made – some suggested tuition and housing grants or cash.
The task force has also identified four other causes for reparations: Mass incarceration, unjust property seizures, devaluation of Black businesses and health care.
We should be advertising that Kalifornia is FreeMoneyLand.
Let's say Kalifornia is successful in their reparations quest to give one-drop-of-Amish a one-time $300,000.
Frame it endlessly as a positive development, advertise it from sophisticated targeted text/email messaging all the way down to posters on light poles in every single red state ghetto.
We need to restore our republic before its too late.

That moment was lost back in the 1970s.
"He'll find your slave ancestor or his name isn't Joe."
"And remember, you only pay if we're successful!"
Call Now!
Exactly. We should start an ax campaign to support this.
$230k of CA taxpayer money to get out of here and stay out. Each.
They need to start now! Before the doors close!
Limited time offer! No returns!
Wonder what level of PROOF will be required?
If CA is so determined to give money away, they should at least put ONE condition on it.
If the blacks take the money they have to leave the country within 30 days AND NEVER COME BACK!!!! GTFO, go to Wakanda, or whatever third world shithole they think their ancestors came from. Liberia works. Take your damn Blood Money and just GTFO!!
Yea it will NEVER happen, but I can dream.
IF YOU ROB PETER TO PAY PAUL, YOU CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON THE FULL SUPPORT OF PAUL...................
African Americans moving to California in droves!
While taxpaying citizens, patriots and businesses continue to flee the state in droves.
Newsom will ask the feds for the money if he’s not able to steal our pensions (he’s trying)
The dems are going to choose him as presidential candidate for 2024. His radically insane far-left marxism will never once be mentioned during the campaign.
“..Proving that only 23% of blacks have common sense and something upstairs, other than “street smarts”....”
That’s about the right percentage that most of corporate America sees, and it didn’t even take a multi-year, multi-billion dollar survey to get the result.....LOL
My seventh great-grandmother owned slaves, so I guess I’m out on the gravy train. Sigh
They will make their demands next, if they haven't already.
They laughably believe California was stolen from them.
Wouldn't be surprised if a task force demands all "stolen" land (entire state) be handed over to them, and Newson goes along with it.
As for Asians: They vote ≈ 65% for Democrats so they have no one to blame but themselves.
“..The dems are going to choose him as presidential candidate for 2024. His radically insane far-left marxism will never once be mentioned during the campaign....”
Of course not. They’lll install him as POTUS.
They control the media and the ballot box with absolutely no accountaability or consequence. The vote of the People doesn’t mean shite....
San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego are already enormous homeless camps, endlessly expanding.
And this is going to solve every perceived racial injustice, no more mention of race and we’ll all act civilized to eachother from here on? If that were actually the case I’d almost say do it, one time and that’s it, it’s done. But we all know there’ll just be demands for more.
I’m sure Mexicans, who make up half the population in LA County, will love this. Mexicans have racially cleansed numerous communities of blacks in LA County. It’s a blockbuster story that the racist media won’t touch.
Next, the Mexicans will steal the reparations money.
I could dunk a basketball and listened to some rap in the 90’s.
I think that’s black enough…
Interesting. We have a Vice President who’s ancestors were slave owners, as well as a former President who’s maternal ancestors were slave owners. Will they contribute? And they all have connections to California, the former from there, the latter college there and daughters living there. Interestingly some people claim Obama has slaves in his ancestry as well.
