President Joe Biden met with congressional leaders at the White House on Tuesday, urging Republicans and Democrats to find common ground on government spending before the end of the year.
“There’s a lot to do,” Biden said during his remarks ahead of the meeting. “Including resolving the train strike. The train. What we’re doing now. And I think that Congress has to act to prevent it.”
The president met with his advisers and Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, and Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy.

SInce Hunter Biden is so smart and has a lot of experience in the business world, shouldn’t McCarthy appoint him to negotiate with the Unions??? Hell throw in some teenage girls and crack and he might do it for free.
I'd say dragging your son and your brother through hours of Congressional testimony under oath until they both crack, is top of The List.

Republicans will not be able to undo any of it until 2024 at the earliest, IF Republicans take over both houses of Congress AND we elect a Republican President. Even then they won’t, just like they didn’t rescind Obamacare in 2016.

"Common ground" here means "do what we tell you," but that may be a kind of hard sale in the current environment. Every time a proggie demands this sort of thing, just ask him or her what they're putting on the table. It's gone so far that they no longer even think of politics in those terms, and it turns out to be a whole lot of nothing.
