Former Hallmark Channel star Candace Cameron Bure left that now-"woke" network, and has revealed that her new TV network will focus on “traditional marriage,” as opposed to gay couples, in its Christmas movies.
For that unforgivable offense, the conservative actress has been attacked as a homophobe and a bigot, and has even been compared to Eva Braun.
In an interview Monday in The Wall Street Journal, Candace Cameron Bure spoke about the Great American Family network, for which she serves as the chief creative officer.
She joined the family-oriented network after departing the Hallmark Channel, where she starred in numerous Christmas movies before the channel decided to go woke by vigorously embracing LGBTQ plotlines and characters - and turning off a huge part of its fanbase, causing ratings to plummet, especially around Christmastime.
“GAC fits my brand perfectly....we share a vision of creating compelling, wholesome content for an audience who wants to watch programming for and with the whole family. Great, quality entertainment with a positive message is what my partnership with GAC is all about.” Now with the holidays fast approaching and a “Great American Christmas” series set to rival Hallmark’s annual “Countdown to Christmas” programming, Bure has hinted that, unlike Hallmark, GAF will present basic Christian teaching, including marriage as a covenant between one man and one woman.“I think that Great American Family will keep traditional marriage at the core,” she told the newspaper when asked about the subject.
But Bure’s brief comment has sparked outrage from the LGBTQ cancel mob, as well as fellow entertainment industry names. Actress Hilarie Burton called her a “bigot” in a tweet. “You ride that prejudice wave all the way to the bank.”

Maybe someone replied, to her ugly tweet about Candace....”Okay, groomer”.
I have no idea who Hilarie Burton is, but maybe I’ll mosey on over to Twitter and do just that. 😁
Careful! They might nick you like they do for “learn to code”.
👍🏻👍🏻😉
She is a B or C-list actress who is married to the actor that plays Negan (sp?) on the Walking Dead.
“A few days ago someone posted that Danica McKellar is going to that network, too. If it’s true, IDK”
True, I just signed up for streaming service FRNDLY yesterday. It’s a little over 40 various channels with DVR capability for $9 a month. I did so specifically for the Great American Family channel which has 18 original Christmas movies plus more from the 2021 Christmas season. Danica and Candace both have new movies airing over the next month.

NO. Until Wokism hit Hallmark, it was a channel where families could safely watch TV and see honorable family values.
XD Nice.
Thats hilarious!
We have not watched Hallmark for 2 years or so since they first said they were moving into homosexual porn.
Way to take a popular brand and drive it into the ground, Hallmark!
Hope you choke on the woke!
Yes - Winnie Cooper.
Right. Between Nashville and Memphis, IIRC.
you spelled females wrong ...
I’ll have to check in to that FRNDLY service. I looked a GAF yesterday, trying to see if it’s available for Roku or Fubo, which we have, then I got interrupted.
you know I don't miss it....the only reason we enjoyed the Christmas shows was because they were corny and predictable and absolutely nothing in it to make me mad or cringe....
good luck to ms Bure....I hope she succeeds.
people should be able to live quiet private lives, that is true...
but when they're parading down main street with their jock straps its just a bit too much.
