Arizona Has More Than 600,000 Ballots Left to Count, Maricopa County Forced to APOLOGIZE

In what is turning out to be a major national embarrassment, Arizona still has over 600,000 ballots left to count which is over a quarter of the total number of votes. The vote count has been stalled at about 70% counted for the past two days and Republicans are rightly outraged. Voters also faced problems with ballot scanners when they voted in person on Tuesday in Maricopa County. Both Kari Lake and Blake Masters trail slightly to Democrats in their races and many are questioning why the votes are not being counted. Maricopa County tweeted an apology for the scanner issue which they say affected 7% of voters on election day.

You are correct in general. But in this context, it can be very simple. If it is so simple and clear, an appeal is near guaranteed to uphold a challenge.

I've spent a career watching judges do things they plainly shouldn't do. SCOTUS was required to hear Texas v. Pennsylvania. It didn't. Common law judges are very powerful political actors. The corruption is massive. Lawsuits aren't guaranteed to succeed, but they do expose the extent to which the judiciary has been compromised. Always remember that no case is any better than its facts. republicans have done a poor job of requiring local processing of ballots, and having witnesses on the ground to handle the ballots and witness their contents, etc.

In general, you are correct. But this time Dan Schultz’s Precinct Strategy placed massive numbers (triple of past numbers) of poll watchers to observe the election. It made some difference but not enough.

Two things:

Trump needs to aggressively go after McCarthy and demand either that Trump himself is elected Speaker, or at least one of his supporters, Gaetz or MTG. The Speaker can do things to combat the fraud. McCarthy won't, and therefore can't be promoted to anything.

People can't witness or photograph what they aren't permitted to watch and see. That itself is proof of fraud. Elections must be transparent to be accepted. We had Ruby Freeman on video rerunning the same ballots. Yet, no one in authority in GA cared. Then there is the statistical proof that gets ignored. I remember a guy suing Topps which made baseball cards using statistical proof that they withheld certain cards from circulation while printing excessive numbers of other no name players. He won. It can be done, but judges have to accept that proof, and they haven't in election cases largely because no one has any "standing" to complain about anything.

The RINOs have spent a career in politics pretending to oppose the elites while passively permitting that agenda to prosper. They courted blue collar working people by appealing to conservative values, while not actually sharing them. They were horrified when MAGA policies were implemented and proven to produce prosperity. They hate MAGA, and the ruling cabal wants MAGA stuck with the RINOs as the only alternative to the Dems. Trump needs to flex his political muscles to remove the McLeadership, or else he may never win election in 2024, and he certainly can't become president by impeaching Biden and Harris, or by quo warranto. Trump needs to act, and I fear he is afraid of damaging his "brand" if he doesn't win.
