In general, you are correct. But this time Dan Schultz’s Precinct Strategy placed massive numbers (triple of past numbers) of poll watchers to observe the election. It made some difference but not enough.

Trump needs to aggressively go after McCarthy and demand either that Trump himself is elected Speaker, or at least one of his supporters, Gaetz or MTG. The Speaker can do things to combat the fraud. McCarthy won't, and therefore can't be promoted to anything.
