While watching Midway and Red Tails it came to me. Those guys had pictures of their moms, wives, children and other people they love more than themselves. Now it’s what women who never even want children. They are out their pursing careers that were historically fathers and grandfathers. In other words, they are disconnected from the closest relationships you have as wife and mother.

Last night, when I probably should have been working, I was skimming some articles about Palantir, a data mining company. The CEO said that Silicon Valley was a woke wasteland, so he moved the whole operation to Denver, "the least woke place on the planet". Shows how the sense of probity and various standards get dumbed down.
