A federal judge in Texas struck down President Biden's student loan handout in a Thursday night ruling.

Biden's plan, which aims to cancel up to $20,000 in student loan debt for Pell Grant recipients in college and up to $10,000 for others who borrowed using federal student loans.

"Whether the Program constitutes good public policy is not the role of this Court to determine. Still, no one can plausibly deny that it is either one of the largest delegations of legislative power to the executive branch, or one of the largest exercises of legislative power without congressional authority in the history of the United States," United States District Judge Mark Pittman wrote.

"In this country, we are not ruled by an all-powerful executive with a pen and a phone. Instead, we are ruled by a Constitution that provides for three distinct and independent branches of government…The Court is not blind to the current political division in our country. But it is fundamental to the survival of our Republic that the separation of powers as outlined in our Constitution be preserved. And having interpreted the HEROES Act, the Court holds that it does not provide ‘clear congressional authorization’ for the Program proposed by the Secretary,"

"The court has correctly ruled in favor of our motion and deemed the Biden student loan program illegal. The judge criticized the Biden Administration program, calling it 'one of the largest exercises of legislative power without congressional authority in the history of the United States.' This ruling protects the rule of law which requires all Americans to have their voices heard by their federal government," Parker said.

"This attempted illegal student loan bailout would have done nothing to address the root cause of unaffordable tuition: greedy and bloated colleges

Interesting point. The Judicial waited approximately 24 hours
AFTER election day to make public their ruling. Those deadbeats, they will be none too happy. SloJo will have a lot
of ‘splaining to do in getting back into their good graces.
Not just they ruled against him. Seems as if they also reprimanded him thoroughly as well.

“Historical moves”. Biden's entire administration has been
“historic” for all the wrong reasons.

Who is going to enforce it? BIden will do it anyway and the GOP establishment will let him get away with it.

Good. The Snowflakes love the Pedophile’s economy so much they must have the money to start paying their bills. Paying reparations to the Snowflakes for worthless diplomas should not be thrown on the backs of the taxpayers. The Snowflakes should be going after those joints where they were supposed to have learned something. That was where the breakdown was.

Could someone help me here? I still don’t understand what is going on here. The way I understand it so far, the Snowflakes won’t pay back their loans received from the government so the demented old bass turd in the White House wants to give them money to go out and spend on everything else. What the hell does that have to do with canceling loans? How in the hell does that work? So, if I don’t want to make my car payments, the bank should give me a wad of money to go out and spend? WTF? Jo Jo’s student loan scam isn’t just unconstitutional, it a criminal act.

In the pipeline for a long time. Started when the Obama Admin federalized student loans. All going according to plan. This judgment will be ignored.

You cannot form a new Government without destroying the old one first. On our way to bankruptcy.
