Former President Donald Trump is being advised to delay next week’s “very big announcement” after a much-anticipated red wave failed to form on Election Day, with some arguing Republican efforts should be concentrated on the Dec. 6 US Senate runoff election in Georgia.
“I’ll be advising him that he move his announcement until after the Georgia runoff,” former Trump adviser Jason Miller told the Associated Press. “Georgia needs to be the focus of every Republican in the country right now.”
Trump has come under withering criticism for his role in the midterm campaign after Republican expectations for crushing victories in the House fell short and control of the Senate remained up in the air as of Thursday morning.
In a further blow to Trump’s status, his potential 2024 rival Ron DeSantis cruised to a double-digit reelection win as Florida governor and is being looked at as the future of the party.

He’s a bull in a China shop. And yes, his overbearing presence had an impact in this election — mostly negative. As in 2020, he’s an energizing force on the left. Republicans suck at get out the vote efforts when running against the wind…
I think he should have a rally in GA for Walker a few days before the runoff vote and make the announcement while also saying make sure to vote for Hershel because I’m gonna need as many people on my side as possible.
Don’t even have to watch CBS, MSNBC or CNN for Trump bashing, just tune in to FreeRepublic.

My guess is that if republican don’t get both congress and the senate then Trump does not want the job.

How will it hurt Walker for Trump to hold off ??
If Trump announces, immediately Walker, Kemp and every other Republican will be hounded to comment on Trump, Trump is not on the ballot in the Georgia Runoff, anytime wasted talking about Trump is wasted when Warnock is the issue.
