President Joe Biden taunted the media, pundits, and pollsters on Wednesday for their predictions of a Republican “red wave” in the midterm elections, telling Americans he would not change his policies after Democrats did better than expected.

“I’m not going to change anything in any fundamental way,” he said.

The Dems were counting on a blue wave based on Roe v. Wade.

The GOP-e sabotaged a number of MAGA candidates, and supported RINOs instead (as always).

They had no message; and Lindsey Grahamnesty energized the left by proposing a national abortion ban (which had no hope of passing), helping the left -- unmarried women had a -37% voting gap for the GOP.

And despite that, AND the vast cheating -- we took the House and might take the Senate.

So the only response of the GOP-e is to blame their base and Trump.

So the 70% who thought the country was going the "wrong direction" didn't vote? Actually, that is a poorly worded question on polls because it would get AGREE from the right and left.

I don't think it's so much that people think Biden should be moving further and faster to the left. It's more that people could see the country falling apart around them and still think Biden's party absolutely had to win the election.

You could say that people who think that abortion is going to be banned everywhere and that "Our Democracy" is in danger and that White Supremacists are behind every tree would believe that the country is going in the wrong direction.

More Americans disapprove of Biden than approve of him, but if the polls are right, 10-20% of the country thinks we're moving in the wrong direction, but still approve of Biden.

Why should they be repentant, they won. This election has been the largest mandate a US President has ever received after midterms. Joe Biden is no longer a lame duck president, he is king of the world.
