A recent survey of 1,000 hiring managers in the United States found that one in six, or about 16%, have been told to stop hiring white men.
Additionally, 14% of hiring managers said they have also been told to deprioritize hiring white women.
The survey, published by Resume Builder and Pollfish on Wednesday, found that 52% of hiring managers believe their company practices “reverse discrimination” – passing over members of racial and gender majorities in order to meet diversity benchmarks.
In addition, the survey found that 48% of hiring managers have been asked to prioritize diversity over qualifications, and 53% believe their job will be in danger if they don’t hire enough diverse employees.

The managers that have been told that should report their bosses, get them arrested and then take their jobs.
It is not a question of selecting the ‘proper’ racial, ethnic, gender mix. It is simply illegal and ani-constitutional.

No women seem to be angry that their men won’t be considered.
No, the white men just need to grovel harder and pay higher taxes. Reparations might help, too.
Maybe they should read “Atlas Shrugged”.
If white men work for themselves they’ll be sued for racism because they didn’t hire someone else to do the job instead.
If you excell on tests, ect. That's a good indicator that you're racists.
My mentor warned me to expect this back in the early 80s.
The most egregious example that affected me was, the preselected candidate for the position had no experience in the discipline, no experience with the applications necessary to do the job, no advanced degree in the field, no certifications in the discipline, but....SHE was a SHE and I am not....
BUT....I'm now comfortably retired....and she is not....

Sadly, the United States of America is home to systemic/institutional racism/sexism, and its name is “affirmative action.”
Straight, white males are the only people it is legal to discriminate against, and discrimination against them is required by law.
And, to add insult to injury, straight, white males are automatically labeled “white supremacists” just for being white.
...and the tax laws to change to stop stealing the fruits of their efforts.
Us men should demand minority rights since women outnumber men in the U.S.
Maybe this is because the fewer competent people hired the more that will need to be hired....
Trump spoke of ending the Racial Preferences in use since the 1960s.
Initially, it was to give blacks opportunity to be hired and if not already qualified learn the job. Many people never learned the jobs and subsequently were not fired because of the hiring preference.
Hiring preferences morphed from being for blacks into giving women preferences. Once the bastardization of the initial law included women as a separate class, all races got in on the scam. Once a gender was included, even white women were getting 10-point preferences from the Govt.
The only way a white male could get a preference was from military service, 5 points for peacetime service, 10 points if you had a disability.
Today, as Trump noted back 1997-1998, racial preferences exist in all sorts of federal employment and college education programs. Gender preferences began to include homosexuals to include their brother the transgender or cross dresser.
Imagine having to hire a freak who cross dress’s at work. Maybe they do to get a job. Maybe they do it because they are mentally ill.
Today’s workforce includes many homosexuals. Many homosexuals are angry perople who discriminate. Many blacks discriminate. Many women discriminate. They all discriminate based on their hiring prefernce but they are united in their hatred of the white male.
The white male is the only race or gender that cannot get a federal hiring preference or college preference (exceptions far and few, except for veterans).
Today, there are many calls for amnesty for difference reasons. Many the white male deserves a month in the federal monthly equal opportunity program that created Black History Month, Hispanic... Asian Pacific American... Womens time of month... LGBTxxx .... Yes it is time to celebrate the white man. He deserves an EEO History Month a White Male History Month to teach all Americans the discrimination the white male has experienced since 1968 or so.
White History Month should trace the official government discrimination against whites since the 60’s. The reason is that many people are not aware of the sacrific white men have made silently.
