Democrats are set to take control of Michigan’s Senate seats for the first time in four decades, winning a “trifecta” of power over both chambers in the state legislature and the governor’s mansion in Tuesday’s midterms.
Michigan Senate Democrats announced early Wednesday morning that they had won enough seats to take the majority in the state’s upper chamber.

That and unlimited money to spend on ads. But go ahead and blame us pro-lifers if it makes you feel better.

I’m contemplating a move south to Ohio in the near future, maybe Tennessee or Kentucky depending on what I can find for work, family is the only thing anchoring me to MI; both sisters are liberals beyond repent, once my parents pass I plan to leave for good.

It threw it back to the states and my state said yes making it worse than before and driving the dem women to vote. To imply that we did not understand is false. What many of us understood was that the celebration of the overturn was premature and short sighted resulting in something worse, which is what we got in Michigan. Abortion was on the decline already, now it's been made a right of passage.

The only add that ran ad nauseum was the clip of Tudor Dixon saying that no exceptions for rape, incest, or the life of the mother. That was a freebie costing zero money. By the way I am prolife and vote that way; however I see the world for what it is and have no delusions. Nothing about today surprises me. Disappointed but in no way surprised. And now what we have in Michigan is far worse.

I'm in Michigan, it wasn't rigged. You didn't see it because the rigging machinery was put in place in 2018.
With the consent of the Michigan Republicans.

Then save yourself heartache and frustration and never vote again if you truly believe that. Take a vacation to an island during election week and rejuvenate your heart and mind and stop caring. You might live longer.

Rickie-Rick Snyder’s reward for keeping his mouth shut over the 2020 Michigan Steal until the MI electoral votes were safely in the bag for the Michigan Mean Girls was an indictment over Flint by Nazi Nessel.

Michigan will be Illinois by 2030.

Well, it seems that the real winners in this election were the nabobs who bet on continuing communist election fraud...

It's even worse than losing the state Senate, Proposal 2 passed in Michigan:
“Amends the Michigan Constitution to create early voting and right to sign an affidavit as an alternative to showing photo ID to vote. Requires state-funded return postage and drop boxes for absentee ballots. Clarifies that the state canvassers board has a nondiscretionary duty to certify results.”
It's over for decades in Michigan.

Then save yourself heartache and frustration and never vote again if you truly believe that. I have no heartache and frustration - I have a tool that shows me the outcomes.
I have no illusions - which is quite different.
I can't wait to examine Muskegon County...

What the Hell happened in MI? Whitmer was hated.I heard of low voter turnout n Detroit> Was it abortion? From what I have heard, the people of MI just passed an abortion referendum that allows for abortion through 9 months (and beyond) without restriction. Yes? No?

A little boy asked me should he put his vote upon the left?
A little boy asked me should he put his vote upon the right?
I say it really doesn’t matter where you put your vote
‘Cause someone else will come along and move it
And it’s always been the same
It’s just a complicated game

Yes. Don't forget that Michigan, especially southern Michigan is still a union stronghold. The last Rep Governor was very middle of the road and no threat to the status quo. And forget Detroit where most are on the dole. Only James Craig could have peeled off enough of those votes but he was disqualified for faulty signatures.

I’m in Michigan too and that SOROS SOS rigged the crap out of the Mi elections. LOLOL!!
Wretched wHitler increased her vote total from 2018 by 75,000 - in an off-year, in a state that's losing population.
Neat trick, that!
