Seattle elected a REPUBLICAN PROSECUTOR in August. And King County libs are buying guns and applying for CCW licenses in record numbers…40% is so doable.

I’d say it’s about 50/50. If the indies really do come out with at least 3/5ths R and 2/5s D, then there’s no way to make up that margin, anywhere.
This is what Trafalgar and so on are mistaking. They have low Indie vote counts and if, on top of that, you have registered Ds voting R as well at 10% or more, then it’s going to be an absolute bloodbath.
I think this is a real possibility. Look at the DeSantis Zeldin rally tonight. I’ve never seen such enthusiasm in the Rs in NY, EVER.
So close, but yet so far. I would feel better about it with the exact same margin but with Smiley at 47% and Murray at 48% vs. Murray being at 49%...that’s just too close to 50%. Most undecideds do break for the challenger at this stage, but “most” is not all, and Murray is right on the cusp of 50%. There just isn’t enough math there to allow room for Smiley to overtake her unless some of those who have “decided” to vote for Murray change their minds.
I watched the DeSantis-Zeldin rally, and it was great. Massive energy. By the way, there is no party registration in Washington state.

The homeless turnout in Seattle will be 120%—they are “registered” with the County Courthouse as their “address”—and on election day Democratic operatives stuff the ballot box to overflowing.
