Conservative Treehouse ^ | 10/17/22 | Sundance

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa held a two-day summit with Saudi Arabia on mostly economic matters. At the conclusion of the summit, he confirmed the intent of Saudi Arabia to join the BRICS economic coalition, which should not come as a surprise given the previous statements by Saudi leader and Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Salman (MbS).

Also known as the bric-a-brac.

Small ornaments and other miscellaneous items of little value.

The current Russia/ China/India/ ME/ SA alliance is 70 percent of the world’s population. The US and the West is becoming irrelevant.

It’s not fair to extend that small minority to smear the whole Society

Western countries aren’t perfect, but they’re the best we got ... that’s why all the World’s population wants to move here

nobody wants to move to Russia, Commie China, North Korea, or Iran

you see freaks, I see freedom

btw your “alternative”, Islam, orders you how to dress, what to eat, what to drink, and you’re forced to pray to Mecca 5 times a day ... you really want that??

(sounds like a prison to me)

refusal to protect our own border, runaway spending, depletion of strategic oil reserves, vaccine mandates/lockdowns/deaths, illegal incarcerations, allowing anarchy in the streets (codling criminals), allowing harassment of high supreme court justices, ignoring or supporting attacks on our food supply, waging war against 2 nuclear powers, the global weather patterns, and the most dangerous enemy at all: The people who pay for it all.

... and by the way: over the last half century, we’re really not good at winning wars.

just sayin’

“The U. S. is not more despised today than it has been before, in the Arab World.”

I invite you to test that theory. Travel to ANY Arab capitol, walk around in your US Flag patch hat. get back to us.

It's not a small minority. Romney was correct when he said half the country were Takers, not Makers.

The percentage of Takers have increased since Romney. As have the percentage of degenerates, anti-white racists, and American haters.

They might well be the majority by now. Certainly, they're the majority of people under 40. America's future.

It’s not the green perversion that frightens the conservative countries, it’s the LGBT perversion. In my opinion they are right to be frightened. I know this statement would get me branded “phobic.” As my Swedish dad would say, they can “kyss min röv.” (On second thought, that’s too much irony for one day.)

The US - SA protection racket has been in place 50+ years.

SA’s production capacity is far greater than actual production reqm’ts so that it can be ramped up / reduced to meet US’ domestic political demands. In return, the US guarantees the Saud family’s throne. And the Al-Sauds have lots and lots of enemies [If you ever wondered why so many 9-11 hijackers were Saudi but our gov gave the Saudi ‘princes’ in the US on 9/11 1st class tix home, no questions asked - that’s one very, very big reason].

That SA now refused bi-sh$t’s demands to increase production, then announced a 2mil barrel/day reduction, then refused bi-sh%t’s demand they delay the reduction, supports the tea leaves reading of SA joining BRICS. Don’t seeing SA firing its gorilla bodyguard unless SA already has a nuke or CCP/Russia/India security guarantees.

SA joining BRICS spells economic Armageddon for the US.

BRICS is outside the US dollar pricing/exchange/payment system. They’ll buy & sell on commodity backed currencies [gold, oil, wheat exchangeable for RF rubles, CCP yuan, India rupee & vice versa]. SA going BRICS would be catastrophic to the US as a world reserve currency because it will eliminate the petro-dollar as the monopoly currency unit for oil. What does that mean to me and you? A 60-70% drop of the dollar exchange value. Today’s $85k BMW will be remembered as a basement bargain, so will $.50 avocados from Mexico. Oh, and all of that foreign purchase of US treasury bills - the primary finance tool of the US gov? It’ll stop, overnight. Not that the fed will stop printing those dollars, though. You think inflation is high now? You’ll wish for 18-20%/yr inflation when the dollar is worth 1/2 or less than now, the fed prints another dozen trillion, and the US gov as the only “customer” for their own bonds.

So, fellow Americans, keep still, do nothing, and simply watch these globalist commies as they go along their merry way without nary a peep from the population. You’ll own nothing. And you actually won’t like it. Not at all.

Have yet to meet a single person [that’s not a CTH or Freeper] who even shows an interest in this subject.

Will never hear any of this in the MSM, that is until its far too late and they need to pin it on PDJT.

That is the West’s agenda, the whole world can see it. 70 per of the world’s population China/ Russia/ India/ Africa/ ME aren’t buying into it, only the West- the world’s laughing stock.

Not good. Even small states can unite to make a powerful force.

And small? The combined population of the BRICS is about 9 times the size of the USA. It’s three times the size of the US and EU combined.
It’s not some trivial group. And they all have bitter memories of colonial days.

And we have a drooling retard in the white house.

the West” ain’t dead yet

But it is crippled. It is ironic Russia, China and India is our last hope against the West’s immoral, corrupted agenda. Boys in girls bathrooms, gender surgery, Men in woman sports, gay marriage, trans in every .gov agency, … the list is long and the US is leading the charge to destruction.

Man, you got that right. Gotta hand it to Biden he is absolutely creating chaos in the US and in every corner of the globe.

Part of me thinks Biden is the forerunner to the Anti-Christ. Meaning that Biden is so creating havoc all around the world through his economic policies, his green policies, homo-transexual policies that the world is in a revolt and the Anti-Christ, when he comes on the scene, will suddenly have solutions for all the Biden calamities and will coalesce power around himself.

Any thinking person simply cannot imagine how utterly Biden has screwed up almost everything in the span of about two years.

I don’t think that is a fair analogy. Arabs are very insular people, so walking around sporting the flag of a non-Arab country would likely elicit the same response, regardless of the flag.

Have yet to meet a single person [that’s not a CTH or Freeper] who even shows an interest in this subject.

I was talking to a young man this past summer. A newcomer to Los Angeles. He had recently graduated from a film school in Florida. He moved to L.A. to pursue acting.

He was brimming with optimism. I explained some of the things you mention. The dollar as a reserve currency, supply chain problems, inflation, how the war in Ukraine affects gas prices, and how that affects all prices.

Although he did not seem stupid, he was astonishingly ignorant. He had never heard of "Weimer Germany," nor many of the other historical references I spoke about.

He shrugged off my pessimism, saying, "Yeah, I guess that's all true. But there have always been problems. But look what an amazing city we live in! Los Angeles is the center of the world! Not like Florida. This place, you can do anything! Achieve your dreams!"

Knew nothing of history or economics, and didn't care to know. He only cared about making it as an actor.

Exaggerate much? It amazes me how disingenuous many posters here on FR have become. They are comfortable with reading minds and prescribing characteristics to others they don’t even know. Same tactic of the leftist extremists known as Democrats. Will you also pull the race card next?

Had no idea the Petrodollar was a piece of bric-a-brac, although considering MMT, it will probably become one.

The Saudis have the upper hand.
