Is Bolduc a conservative or a ‘moderate’?

She has also endorsed Joe Kent for congress in WA. Kent was endorsed by Trump, and so is Don Bolduc. It will be interesting to see if she endorses Lake, Laxalt, Masters, and other Trump endorsed candidates.
Maybe she’s angling for Trump’s VP.

I did some digging.
Tulsi’s “Illuminati” hand sign in front of the Capitol, in that pic, wasn’t an Illuminati sign at all. It was showing solidarity for native Hawaiians who were protesting the Thirty Meter Telescope site on their sacred land.
Also, Tulsi has high-ranking military intelligence. Could she be on Trump’s team?

Tulsi Gabbard's policies are aligned with the Left and are unchanged. Don't be tricked. She is no friend of a Free Republic.
- She is Pro Abortion. 100% voting record with Planned Parenthood.
- Making all four-year colleges tuition free for students with an annual family income of $125,000 or less.
- Banning hydraulic fracturing. In favor of a Green New Deal. Eliminate fossil fuel use from the economy within a decade.
- Advocate for universal basic income.
- She has an F-rating from the NRA and a 100% rating by the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence.
- She supports universal health care "Single Payer".
- She prefers using high-tech surveillance at the border rather than physical wall.

This (her leaving the Democrats and calling them fanatical ideologues who hate freedom) is IMHO more significant than it might seem. This is a woman who was at one time a rising star in the Democrat party, who was the VP of the DNC, and who ran for the presidency as a Democrat.
It will be interesting to see what the Democrats try to do to her. Remember, she was accused by Hillary of being a Russian plant..

The Republican party was formed by previous members of both the Democrat and Whig parties over just a handful of issues those parties were not addressing (with slavery at the top of the list).
The first Republican platform ends with this paragraph:
Resolved, That we invite the affiliation and cooperation of the men of all parties, however differing from us in other respects, in support of the principles herein declared; and believing that the spirit of our institutions as well as the Constitution of our country, guarantees liberty of conscience and equality of rights among citizens, we oppose all legislation impairing their security.
There is a realignment going on. We're going to have to decide what our core issues are--our real core--and what we can compromise on.
Not winning is the same as losing. We need a coalition big enough to win.
We'll never win with a coalition made up of just us, or of us and RINO traitors. We're going to have to find more people.
I've never believed in Bush's "big tent" but I'v also never believed in forming a conservative island.

Just my $.02. What small tents the parties have become. Of course as a Democrat, she has voted with the dems on many things. On day one of leaving the party, she's not going to be to the right of Rush, Trump, et. al, but maybe give her a little time to prove herself a little. I watched her 30 minute Rumble video, and at least on face, her views are certainly right of a lot of so called Republicans I can think of. Everyone was such a fan of the Walk Away movement, but at the end of the day, those folks still were gay but not voting D. Watch the video and then report back with exactly what you disagree about and resist the temptation to say "but, but, but, she voted this way on this or that...". I know several people who were sooo hard left but have changed to be good strong conservatives. If at the end of the day, all she is is one less vote for the evil empire, I give her credit. She may swing some votes, and she did invite other Democrats to join her leaving the corrupt party. God bless.

Everyone is falling all over Tulsi lately. But I lived in Hawaii for over thirty years. Hawaii politics are as dirty and corrupt as it gets. NEVER trust a Hawaiian politician. Some of them, when bought, will stay bought. But don’t count on it...
And yes. First hand knowledge: I do not know Tulsi personally but I have had extensive experience with Hawaii legislators, two governors, government officials and law enforcement. They are all dirty and the rule is “Money Talks”
