The U.S. Army released its new plan to tackle climate change, which the service claims “poses an immediate and serious threat to U.S. national security and affects how and where the Army trains and operates.”
The new “Army Climate Strategy” (ACS) Implementation Plan states that the Army must do more than just “adapt” to climate change because “dangerous levels of greenhouse gases (GHG) have already accumulated in the Earth’s atmosphere.” The service must instead work to mitigate the effects of climate change.

This is crazy. Personally, I’d like this to be pretty much last on a list of military priorities.
The fact they could publish that without seeing the irony in it is the most mind-blowing part.
Lots of meaningless words. The issue for us, I think, is that the military will posture to enforce on civilians “climate regulations” ostensibly designed to thwart climate change, but in reality used to curtail our rights and freedoms. The government has been paying for made-to-order science for a lot of years.
While we get very high priced and unreliable power causing factories to shut down.

Bullets cause global warming. So in a real emergency, the military will bury all its weapons and defend the country with sticks instead.
