The Second Amendment, addressing the right of American citizens to bear arms, is a touchy subject these days, but its effect on our daily lives cannot be overstated. Being able to protect ourselves in a world that is becoming more dangerous by the day is essential to survival. The right to arm oneself, whether the weapon is concealed or not, has become more important than ever.
Take a stroll through any big city and you're likely to see a replay of what I witnessed recently in New York City: rampant homelessness, burgeoning crime and a proliferation of drug use. Feeling safe should be an inalienable right. But today, that's no longer a given in this country.
Instead, our cities are in a dangerous downward spiral. They are increasingly filthy, and crime rates are skyrocketing. Make no mistake about it, America and its people are at risk. Cities that used to be barometers for the American experience are now bastions of hellish disarray.
Go to San Francisco and you will see precisely what I mean. Shoeless drug addicts roam the streets like zombies in a trance, treating the streets like public toilets. Droves of homeless people shoot up heroin not in trash-littered back alleys but in plain sight on major roads. The gutters are filled with discarded syringes.

What’s so touchy?
When there is crime, raompant crime, we have two imprtant aspects of freedom.
1) The right of self defence and the defence of others in danger of maiming or murder, the right to defend and preserve our property with deadly force.
2) The right to keep and bear arms.
The reason we have these rights is to address the very situtions that now arise.
There is nothing touchy about that long established rule of law at all, If its touchy its because you are a touch hole supporter of woke equity, whici has no basis in any law or in any part of State or federal constitutions.
YOU LOOT, I SHOOT.
Many signs like that in Florida, And good for them!
Just make sure you train with your heart and your firearm so you can be true, righteous, fast and accurate. Thats YOUR duty.
Mr. Williams is correct. Now we’re finding out why the Wild, Wild West was so darned WILD. It’s happening again. Lawlessness.
The 2nd! Existing mostly to deal with those who just won’t take NO! for an answer. See tagline.
I thank my lucky stars that I retired to a rural county far from any of those Democrat cities, in a Constitutional Carry state. The rampant street crime and home invasions just don’t happen here, but that changes, I’m prepared.
A lot of people say they would have no hesitation with shooting someone in a justifiable situation........the real truth is many would freeze at that moment.
When it REALLY comes down to possibly taking a human life, no matter what the circumstances.....unless you have been professionally mentally prepared a lot of things could happen.
And THAT’S the real truth.......and I include myself.
They didn’t have a lawful society until years after settling the west. We HAD one, and now it’s descended into chaos, crime and a burgeoning horror show. We haven’t seen the worst, which is yet to come in the next 2yrs.
When seconds count, the Police are only minutes away!
The problem is, the people who need to carry a firearm the most are prohibited to do so due to the anti-Second Amendment laws in their city/state.
Yup! Sad to say but true.
..the real truth is many would freeze at that moment.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
You are right about that.
But not about me.
My heart is as cold as the bluest ice you can find on the planet.
Break into my house at night and test me.
