When Trump was campaigning in 2016, his rallies echoed with the cry “Lock her up!”

But Trump wasn’t really looking for that kind of political division, and he didn’t think it was a good idea for a ruling party to persecute political rivals. So President Trump made it clear that he wasn’t really going to try and lock up Hillary Clinton.

But in 2024, things do need to be different. I hope that President Trump locks up a great many people. The Deep State needs to be destroyed and that will involve a great many incarcerations.

Sadly that’s not going to happen. Trump essentially stands alone. Everyone at the high or mid levels of govt are corrupt to one degree or another. This appears to extend to ALL government organization and many NGO’s as well. They are all in on it, and they have each other’s backs. They don’t work for us, they work for themselves ONLY.

False appraisal cases are difficult to make. It has to be really blatant or the crooked appraiser has to become a state witness.

This is interesting because the Black AG’s case was already made.

In the Forbes 100th anniversary issue, various business people were featured. Some were actually criminals that went to jail for a few months and some for years.

Donald Trump was President at the time.

It turns out that Forbes and Trump have a long history of disagreement over his net worth. Trump argued repeatedly that Forbes consistently under valued his wealth in the annual Forbes billionaires list. Forbes argued that although they did not have his accounting records, the assigned researchers had all kinds of public sources on all those on the list and that their study results were very close to the mark.

The disagreement goes back decades. Forbes has made note of the disagreement in many other previous issues. All the Black AG had to do was go to the library and check the back issues of Forbes.

It must also be noted that Forbes in the 100th issue also published words of wisdom for many business notables. Donald Trump was one such who was given very favorable treatment.

I value the issue and have read it from cover to cover many times to absorb the wisdom of the truly great businessmen

The 214-page complaint filed against Trump and his family is almost entirely about alleged over-valuation of properties when preparing unaudited personal financial statements as part of getting loans, but there isn’t any allegation that any of the loans in question has ever been in default or not paid on time. There is no one claiming harm or damages here of any kind. None of the banks or other institutions that made the loans are plaintiffs in the case. If they don’t think they’ve been harmed, where is the possible harm? This is a purely political and possibly illegal lawsuit, merely designed to affect the next election.
